Just ok 👍 not the McDonald's that I remember as a kid. Ketchup was no where to be found 😕 and had to stand in line with nobody else around ? Then with three full meals we only get three little packs? Cheap or what ? Staff we more concerned with drive thru ?? This is why we don't eat out very much any more !

The self-service kiosk at the Walmart's McDonald in Nanaimo BC, is most of the time covered with a metal banner and the employees at the place refuse to remove it, therefore, customers are unable to use it to place their orders.

Stopped in for a burger, was so covered in sauce I couldn't eat it. Took it back for a replacement and the lady who was supposed to be remaking it was on her phone at the fry station. When I came around the corner she slipped the phone into her back pocket and started making my burger!!!! No hand wash, no gloves. I was so disgusted I couldn't even eat. Will never eat there again, who knows when else they didn't wash their hands?? I know everyone is short staffed and I am ok having to wait but, to not wash your hands before making food, that is just wrong!

The shift supervisor or manager on tonight July 22nd at 9pm was absolutely amazing, I overheard her interacting with multiple employees at different times while we waited for our food (which came very fast) and she was very kind, patient, and showed exemplary management and leadership skills, please pass along our thanks and appreciation to the team on shift and the wonderful leader supporting the team through it all :)

First stop every time I shop Walmart with grandkids n nephew. Fast service and the staff always can help out when we need to ask for condiments with a busy line... Fresh fries all the time

I understand that this is fast food but broo… care a little at least?? The employees in there seem so stressed, especially the student employees, like they’re frightened of their manager or something. My food was burnt, and the older lady working there nearly threw my order to onto the counter. The iced coffee was on point tho.

I was very ill after eating a cheeseburger about a year ago and have not been back. I called to let them know and they did not follow up. Very disappointing.

The worst vegetarian option on the planet, like how dare you put so little love into a menu option! I'd love to give you my business but this feels disrespectful. I can't believe how much money I have given to A and W for their plant based burger, which is terrific. Why can't you do better?
