The self-service kiosk at the Walmart's McDonald in Nanaimo BC, is most of the time covered with a metal banner and the employees at the place refuse to remove it, therefore, customers are unable to use it to place their orders.

Stopped in for a burger, was so covered in sauce I couldn't eat it. Took it back for a replacement and the lady who was supposed to be remaking it was on her phone at the fry station.
