Perfectly soggy pieces of bacon in our breakfast wraps. Wth is going on with the bacon or the preparation of it at this store? I would've left a comment on a comment card instead of writing a review but there weren't any of those around either.
This review comes from someone who has had bacon breakfast wraps at Tim Horton's daily for a year, at various locations in the Comox Valley and Campbell River. Neither me nor my kids could even chew what showed up in our wraps. It was like fatty raw chicken
Never had me or my kids had such poor breakfast wrap experiences at a Tim's. Not going to this location again.

If you look very closely, this Tim Hortons is all topsy-turvy. You lineup from the opposite direction, the pastries are for left-handed people, the doubledoubles are in reverse order, the bags handed to you back-to-front, the store is even where the parking should be. It just feels.. sinister. I wish a transnational company would buy up the branding rights and asset portfolio and begin to ensure that the franchisees suppress their workers' wages and design all layouts to look the same and make sure this proud exercise in mediocrity stays CANADIAN!! No more SJW stuff like what's happening at this location!

A Standard Tim Hortons with the standard menu. I usually stop at Timmies for cinnamon raisin bagels and that was what this visit was for. This location is cleaner than most and the counter person was friendly.

Would of been 5 star if I got the tim biebs box with my order but I got a regular timbit box.

I've visited many times but workers are not working well , they always make mistakes. Sometimes they forget to sweeten the coffee. Sometimes they don't give good service.

Rude staff! The only reason they get away with this is because its in a mall, and people will come even with their rude behavior. There is one lady in particular that seems to hate her job. I get that its probably busy location, and trying at times. I work in customer service as well, and even on my worst day I am never that rude to customers. Your rude/contempt for your job is off putting, and makes people not won't to come again I know I won't be coming again. I would rather go to Starbucks and spend more money than deal with someone that doesn't care, and clearly hates their job.

Maybe this was just an off day I don’t know, I only visited this location as the one across the highway had recently gave me food poisoning so I wasn’t ready to go back there.
The food here was fine, coffee was fine no problems there
But the staffers, very young it seems, had no sense of professionalism with gossiping between themselves about topics maybe not meant for work, as well as openly swearing back and forth.
One staffer did address the language the others where using.
Needless to say I’m a middle age trades person so I’ve used my share of bad language myself but these kids should know better than at work especially in a profession working with guests in earshot.
Maybe further training is needed.

I was at this location in the mall the service was slow they hhad one cashier and a line of 20 people. It took 15 mins to get my order taken. They never have enough staff to handle this and it never looks there is management at this location
And i'd rather leave the review on the website but since they've changed it for their new program i can't find where i would be able to do this
