Just picked up an all dressed and a kalicious. We order from Ali Baba a few times a year and it's always good, but this is by far the best pizza we've ever had!
The staff were friendly, pizza was ready on time and it is delicious!

Simple order of a donair but every bite i took was fresh, crunchy lettuce, perfectly ripe tomatoes and the taztiki was just the waynyou want it to be.
Delivery was super fast & in house. (No Apps Required)
I called them back the next day as i felt surcharged with my order and it was late in the evening when I did, i know my mistake for not asking them to read my order out b4 saying send it my way because i was so hungry.
There was simple discrepancies, nothing major and i wasnt asking for anything because the food was great and it was my fault for not verifying my order.
They graciously gave me a credit, which i wasn't asking for.
So if you're wondering if you should order from here.

Pizza was really good, with loads of toppings. Pizza sauce is a bit bland for my liking so it's good they have really good alternate sauces.
I'll definitely be back.

Ok.. working out of town and heard from the locals this place was top noch..order on line for the work team ask for pick up. It went to victory.🥺 not Nanaimo.needless to say wasn’t happy.being I pre paid and gave a tip. With in no time the stores sorted it out and the pizza guy at Nanaimo store was on making the pizzas.. top noch service 5 star rating for that alone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. now waiting for the 🍕 I have no doubt its going to be delicious.. so could have been a completely different review.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND..PS the pizza was fanfrickentastic 😉 Nanaimo pizza guy better get that tip 🤔💞sunday night💞

I have been ordering the lamb donairs for lunch and they are awesome! Great donair and the tzatziki is super yummy...havent tried the pizza yet but it looks amazing, looking forward to it.

Amazing pizza...delivery on a Sunday at 11 am..I love vegetarian..my husband not so much..we get the best of both! The female driver is also worth mention..so personable! My only question is can you get the east coast sweet sauce for the donairs

I can't speak for any of the other locations but Nanaimo's Ali Baba doesn't just make the best pizza in town, they have the best service too. Hands down.
If you ever have a problem with an order or didn't like what you got like I did 2 years ago (it's a pizza place after all) they WILL and DO make it right. Did I mention that they make the best pizza?

Vegan options: Yes, however...<br/><br/>I used to love their pizza but after they got pork on my vegetarian pizza I don't think I'll be ordering from here again, which is rather unfortunate because we order regularly. The manager wouldn't give my money back after I asked, just a replacement pizza (and they asked for the contaminated one back). I highly advise anyone who is vegetarian, hindu, halal, or kosher to stay away from this place. I don't eat meat for religious reasons and this was really very upsetting for me. Refusing a refund after a mistake that big is terrible customer service.

Great Pizza and Great Service. Ali Baba is our favorite pizza in Nanaimo - great selection and the staff is super friendly. I always love calling to order because they keep track of our previous orders and I can pick from my favorites even if I don't remember the names! Hands down the best tasting pizza in town! <br/><br/>We recently had a small issue with our pizza in that they were mishandled and as a result they toppings slid inside the box. I emailed the manager on a Saturday night and recieved a sincere apology and assurance that they would correct this issue. Let me be clear - the pizza still tasted amazing, we just had to doctor it a bit. This really goes to show that the service of the company matches the great taste of their pizza!! <br/><br/>Thanks for the great experience

Mmmm. I tried it after everyone said it was good. They were wrong....its awesome!! The best Ive had in a long time...its not greasy or salty...just soooo good! Im happy i ordered to much...BREAKFAST pizza!

On par with Little Caesars. Some people rave about this place, but the pizzas I had were not appealing at all. Nanaimo lacks any real good pizza establishments.

New pizza place is good. Usually when a new place opens up it takes a few months before they get their feet under them, one thing just isn't working...flavor, poor service, poor delivery, etc....<br/>In this case I have to say this is totally not true. The service was great, delivery was quick and friendly, the taste was great and what we got based on what we paid....freaking bargain (the kids meal is HUGE, my step daughter had leftovers the next day).<br/>I had Ali's way back in my university days in Vic, and I remember it being good, very glad they have come to Nanaimo and are still making good pizzas.
