Been to this location many times and they are "NOT filling to the top anymore". I've been there 5 times in the last month and every time was the same. You can expect 1 to 2 inches below the top. Being familiar with restaurant profit rip off tactics... the last inch to the top of tapered cups is where the most volume is and where restaurants rip people off. I doubt Tim Horton franchise would allow this if they knew. Being said... I confronted the server about this and he said "this is how they are doing it now". Rip off

Great service and great place to sit and relax. Staff were cleaning up and wipe down surfaces. Coffee was hot and Tim bits fresh 😍. Fireplace inside to sit beside 👌. Parking is good. Drive thru is 👍

This location must be under new management or something, but it's amazing how terrible it is to go here now. Staff are very unprofessional, rude, impatient, and cut corners. There is no quality control, every time I order my coffee tastes off. I ordered iced coffees for my wife and I and both tasted like sanitizer. Whoever runs this location needs to seriously reconsider their career choice, because this is clearly not meant for them.

Most of the 5 star reviews are from new accounts and highly suspicious. It looks the franchise owner is having staff, friends, and family post illegitimate reviews to offset the true negative reviews.

This Tim Hortons cafe my family has been to many times. But recently with the new staff they have lost their friendliness and cheerfulness towards customers. I felt like a customer but lacked respect and seemed discriminated against coming here. Especially when I ordered the drive-thru.

I ordered chicken cilantro bowl today. It was terrible and the person taking my order was rude and directly said Help you without even greeting and after taking so long the food I got was not worth it according to the money I spend. Definitely need to work on customer service.

Is it just me or has the service here gone down hill again? Looks like all the employees have been replaced with new staff who could care less about quality but instead focus on getting an order out…any order. Even if the order is wrong. Drive-thru continues to ask, “is that it?” after ever pause - honestly, I am trying to order but being interrupted with that is extremely frustrating. I hope that whoever is driving this type of service can rethink their business model, I would love to enjoy my tim Hortons experience again.

Worst Tim Hortons experience I've ever had. The last 3 times I've been I waited longer than I've ever waited in a Tims drive through. Seems like it's all new staff and they are not friendly and are so concerned with getting good reviews that they asked my wife to give a review while she was at the drive through window! 1 employee even asked me to not pull up to the window for a min so they could meet their time standard. Not going back

Don’t order food from this place.
They also stop serving breakfast at 4 and I’ve been there at 7 and they still have eggs and I’m pretty sure eggs aren’t good for that long.
