This family owned and run pita pit is the best one I have ever gone to. The owners are friendly and ensure your pita is made correctly everytime. The ingredients are always fresh and the shop is always very clean. I highly recommend frequenting this establishment for a delicious and healthy meal that is reasonably priced.

I am originally from Toronto and have been to many locations within the GTA. I used to love Pita Pit. Tried this location for the first time and it was nothing like I remembered. I asked for extra tzatziki (which based on my previous orders is always applied first) and I was rudely told but the woman preparing that it is applied last and only to half of the pita. Did not have the same taste as I remember at all. I would not return to this location.

Pita pit used to be one of my go to’s after doing my shopping at save on. The girls at the Nanaimo location were absolutely horrible tonight. We walked in and they were to busy talking to help us. When we finally got our order through and started adding everything to our wraps they DROWNED my wrap in hot sauce! I asked the blonde girl with huge fake lashes to pass me the wrap and a napkin so I could wipe some out.. I don’t know what she does in her spare time but I DO NOT want to drink hot sauce out of my wrap.
She turned to another girl and started complaining about me then took out most of what was in it.
My wrap broke in the process and she left stuff falling out the side of it because of the huge hole she left behind while being so careless.
People like this should not work in customer service. Very disappointing.

Every single time I go into this place there is a short blonde girl who goes to each employee and whispers and giggles as soon as I start ordering, I don’t know if it’s personal or coincidence but it feels completely humiliating every time. Today was my 5th and final time I will go in and feel embarrassed.

It's a well-kept pita pit. Tidy, and the staff knows what they are doing. The line moves steadily, and they don't skimp with the toppings. Solid choice for a quick, healthy meal that doesn't break the bank.

Ordered on DoorDash. As always DoorDash is amazing. I got my money back through them. These girls who work at the NANAIMO LOCATION were SO unhelpful. My wrap came empty (LITERALLY EMPTY) and I called to ask for something like a refund. Nope. I will never recommend them to anyone. -10/10

Bought a 9 inch (Large) chicken and bacon pitta,there was no bacon in it when I got it home and Barely any chicken at all i.e like 5 small pieces,rest was just all Vegetables,healthy yes,will it fill you if you are super hungry?..No and one Female staff member was God Aweful on how she talks to the Customers
