Decent tasting food at okay prices erring on expensive side. There was a poster on the window saying it was voted Best Chinese restaurant in Canada by some Asian TV station. Don't think it was *that* great. Atmosphere was nice and service was timely and quick. Server wasn't super attentive but that's normal for chinese restaurants. Taste was reasonably authentic. Cost $95 to feed 7 people.

I have been in to the restaurant as well as recently ordered delivery. I am impressed! their wonton soup is delicious, although a bit peppery/spicy in my delivery order, but still amazing. the shrimp dumplings are wonderful! I am very thankful for the 'free delivery within 5km' over 30$ option, very affordable food for students like myself, or anyone!

This is fantastic Chinese food! They serve many authentic dishes that many are not used to here that are amazing! Not over sauced or sweetened unecessarily. I had the steamed chicken with Chile and peanut sauce...sublime! Garlic spinach and pork dim sum! It will take many visit to explore this menu and I am keen. A very nice addition to the neighborhood and city.

We enjoyed our Dim Sum at Ting Shang this last weekend. It is nice to have a more authentic Chinese cuisine option in Nanaimo and the selection on the menu does not disappoint. The dishes we tried were good, though we found the portion sizes slightly lacking. Service was fine. Decor, modern and bright. The booth table we were seated at looked well equipped for hot pot, which I would like to return for. The prices here are a little high, but it is certainly the best Chinese meal we've had in Nanaimo.
