Ting Shang Chinese Restaurant - Nanaimo - Photo album

Decent tasting food at okay prices erring on expensive side. There was a poster on the window saying it was voted Best Chinese restaurant in Canada by some Asian TV station. Don't think it was *that* great. Atmosphere was nice and service was timely and quick. Server wasn't super attentive but that'
Authentic northern Chinese dishes very delicious. Surprise to see such a good Chinese restaurant in Nanaimo.
They have completely changed their menu to hot pot and a few dim sum items only. It still tastes great, but it took almost an hour for the food to come. It wasn't that busy so it seemed an excessive wait for a Thursday night. We probably won't go back unless we aren't hungry to begin with.
