Stop! It's Taco Time.
I love Mexican and quick food. So I adore this place. Combinaing some of my favorite things is an easy win in my books.
Food is not top tier quality but the flavors and quantity is there for what you pay. Some of their items hit stronger than others. I'm a big fan of the burritos and tacos but not so much for much of the queso dusted items. Prefer more substantial cheese.
I've been very impressed with the staff here. Always friendly and willing to help. I approve of their service every time I'm there. Only had one minor incident that I wanted to go and wasn't asked for option and was giving a dine in. This was easily amended but a notable nitpick
Of course the seating is based on the mall and high variance to availability and cleanliness so I won't expound here.
Overall, my favorite Taco Bell alternative with staff that demonstrate care.
Thank you for bringing back the self-service red sauce pump! I can finally pour my own amount of red sauce and not have to be forced into using the single packets of sauce which is always not enough and bad for the environment.
I have a love and hate relationship with this place. I love the food and service here but at times I had issues with the amount of red sauce I can get with my food. I just hope they keep the self-service red sauce pump available. I don't use an extreme amount but a bit more than most people. Pictures of before and now with the sauce.

First time ever ordering from T.T. was Thru Skip the Dishes and also ever eating from Taco Time. We ordered Chicken Burritos with the chicken, rice, tomatoes and lettuce. They were āto die forā we were so impressed!
We will definitely be trying Taco Time again.
I love Taco Timeās products, fresh ingredients and healthier choices than many other fast foods. I understand that the foods are prepared with fresh ingredients at the store every day.
Love the super beef burritos.
My other favourite is the chicken taco salad.
What I particularly love about Taco Time in Woodgrove is their exceptional services, always with a smile. I love it when the older gentleman, the owner or manager, is working. He always pays attention to little details and provides exceptional services. He is professional and very friendly.

I have always Loved Taco Time ever since I was a kid. I found it to be a much better quality than Taco Bell, and maybe a little healthier too. This location is in Woodgrove mall food court. It is one of my favaurite go to restaurants in the mall. I would highly recommend this Taco Time to anyone who is looking for Non-Authentic Mexican cuisine or looking for fast Mexican Food.
What is not to love about this location. Super friendly staff that offered to answer any questions while we decided. After we placed our order we asked for additional sauce which they happily provided. I would highly recommend as the meal was amazing and the price super reasonable for how excellent the meal was prepared.
Every Tuesday I go here for the Tacos and they are always so delicious, the customer service is absolutely amazing as well from the staff.
Delicious as always! Staff is always friendly and maybe the best thing... they still have Lime Crush pop! I always eat here when we come through Nanaimo.

The food was delivered to me so quickly...but was fresh, flavorful and gluten free :) I highly recommend the beef taco bowl it had everything - salsa, guacamole, sour cream, ground beef, lettuce etc etc yum yum...the staff were helpful and happy :)
Excellent. Super clean with a nice selection of shops. The food court is ok but needs more variety. Nice clean washrooms. Always worth a stop on the way through.
Taco time is great. Taco Bell sucks. Other taco places cost you an arm and leg. And I'm kind of attached to them.
