We visited today for the first time in a while. The staff were friendly and the store was clean but there was a lack of flavors (they all worked). I understand with not being many flavors if it was slowing down, it was just a little disappointing. I did have an issue with my fresh pineapple topping

So disappointed, only 4 flavours and one of them didn’t even work. None of the toppings had spoons in them and all the toppings in the “cooler” part had covers on them and no spoons to use. For such a expensive place definitely won’t be going back unfortunately.

ordered off skip & took over 15 minutes to confirm. called in & girl in store had no clue what she was doing. told me she’d call me back in 5 minutes and instead cancelled my order with 0 explanation. always over priced & constantly short on staff.

This is what almost 50.00 gets you?!? 🙄 I’ll never be back

Great for kids just watch how much they get

If you don’t want to break customers’ feelings, you should have done better for them. Every one has a first time in this store. I am talking about the staff who was there at around 2:10 today. I would never be there again as I don’t want to be ignored by a staff.

The frozen yogurt had a grainy texture and the gummy Candy toppings were like chewing on a garden hose. The cost was very expensive.

I was highly disappointed. I brought my two kids there for a treat. They had one each that were only 1/3 loosely filled and I had one that was half filled. The total was over $20! I could have bought 3 tubs of expensive ice cream for that. Also, they used styrofoam for the cups which is never a good
