The place has the Caribbean ambiance. Service is excellent and they take their time to explain the different types of cigars.
My only negative feedback is the ventilation which needs some improvement.

As a long time customer of the Toronto location the Montreal location has lived up to every expectation and beyond. The staff especially Frank is friendly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He took his time to show me some of the stores selection of rear and aged stock. The bar is well stocked

Friendly staff, awesome humidor, top-notch lounge. I had a montecristo #1 and sat on one of their couches, which are vintage and from the previous establishment from the 80s. If you’re looking for a cool, sophisticated place to enjoy a fine cigar, look no further.
I try to stop here every time I'm in Montreal, and I'm here a few times a year visiting family. I believe this is the only cigar shop in the city or surrounding area where you can order drinks/cocktails in the smoking lounge. Best customer service I’ve gotten from any store in a while! The guys working there are always really helpful no matter what question I may have. They never pressure me to buy anything or make me feel unwelcome. This is the place I come to for any of my cigar needs! So much better then Vascos, hands
