Frisette is my go-to. Every salad I’ve tried off the menu has been delicious (tofu convert and the Frisette are my two faves!) but I also love having the option to create my own custom salad. In a rush for summer bbqs I’ve picked up the family size salads before and they are always a big hit.

They have amazing meal salads that are an amazing value. Very high quality ingredients and very unique recipes, the salads are more than filling; often leftovers for another meal.

Stopped by today for the first time, and was amazed by the big portion sizes! The dressing had so much flavour, we got the tofu convert and highwire girl. We will definitely come back!
I got the vegan walnut to go. The service was fast and friendly. I liked the salad, all of the lettuce was fresh and crisp. The dressing was lacking a bit of flavor, but with the included lemon plus salt and pepper it was tasty. The salad was big, but I was hungry not long afterwards. One star off f
Can’t say enough good things about Frisette. It’s a work week, lunch time staple. Healthy, yummy, reasonably priced. So happy to have them on Monkland!
Hearty salads with fresh ingredients. Watching your food being prepared you can clearly see the care and attention to detail put into each dish. Note that because everything is prepared to order there can be a small wait at peak meal times, but it is worth it. The variety is great, but not overwhelm

Their salads are excellent! Fresh ingredients and delicious. Highly recommend the Walnut chicken, farmhouse or pink goat. Those are the only ones I've tried so far and all awesome.
Found this place for the first time today while looking for a break from the usual summer fare. Not disappointed! Nice big salads here. Lots of fresh ingredients to choose from. Got The Frisette with edamame and chicken. Very clean place to eat inside & out with a friendly staff waiting to help you.
My colleague brought in some salad for us today. I had the one with the goat cheese and beets, it was amazing! The chocolate chip cookies are also really good! Check this place out!
Beautiful with a great terrace. Create your fave salad with a large selection of choices from fresh greens to nuts/seeds to fruit to fats like avocado.
