Great food, very sweet owner. We ordered a fish dish and the peanut butter chicken. The veggies were sooo good! Also the owner let me speak my horrendous French and didn't switch to English--bonus points!
My favourite place to eat in Montreal. The owner/cook/server/host is incredibly accommodating. When I lived there as a student, it was like being treated to a home-cooked meal. Awesome, feel-like-home African restaurant. Bibi the owner is super nice, and her food so tasty! Small selection, but I love the food so much it doesn't bother me. BYOB FYI: she now accepts debit and credit cards.
Brilliant little African restaurant. Fantastically homey and warm. Small menu but so worth the visit. We return often. Cash only and bring your own wine.
