Review Notre Boeuf De Grace - Montreal

Good sandwiches and burgers, solid local NDG restaurant to go to with friends if you want drinks and food. Their tater tots are great too.

WOW WOW WOW. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. We had so much fun eating here – from the great cocktails to the delicious appetizers (get the pretzel, you won't regret it!) to the yummy build-your-own burgers, it was perfection from start to finish. The service was amazing but the best part was David (the owner?) who dropped by every table and then spent some time with us. What a hoot - he made me laugh until I cried. Yes, David, every day IS Mother's Day. Would highly, highly recommend and we will be back the next time we're in Montreal. Thanks for a great night out.

Straight up excellent and prompt service. Burger was delicious and perfectly cooked. Homemade tea wasn't strong enough for my liking but I'm a picky tea drinker. Bonus points for being homemade, though. I strongly recommend the double bacon cheeseburger,6 0z version.

IL PIZZOLITTO . I absolutely loveeeee Burgers. And this is one of the top 3 places for me in MTL to ether get or make my own delicious, juicy, succulent burger. . I discovered Notre Boeuf de Grace @notreboeufdegrace soon after it first opened back in February 2015 and I've been loyal to them as one of the best Burgers in Montreal since. The fact that they use fresh ingredients, ground their own meat daily and have some amazing buns made fresh for them, sets them apart from the rest of that pack. . I have to say, I love the vibe in all 4 of their locations. It's vibrant, it's loud, it's representating a new decor for customers to enjoy. The custom designs they have across the walls are all different from one another. The atmosphere is electric on a busy Thursday night Downtown. They really took their time in designing something nice, rustic yet modern looking of a vibe with cool new school trends. . For me as you know the most important part is the food. I've always liked to creat my own style burger here, but as of my last 8 visits, I've gotten their creations. Their is always a burger of the month that changes with their 'local hero' but the one you see here is the Il Pizzolito. . It's a 6oz beef patty, topped with grilled buffalo mozzarella to get some more char taste. Fresh tomato, spicy capicollo and Prosciutto for that extra kick of spicy and salty. Arugula tossed in balsamic reduction and a homemade basil mayo to drive it home! 😍 . If you haven't tried them out, stop what your doing, head their live and let me know please what you get and what you think! 🙏 . P. S... Try to find their secret, hidden menu. You didn't hear it from me... Shhhhhh 🤐

Really disappointed. Ordered a burger and sweet potato fries from Uber Eats. I did not receive the sweet potato fries, but instead received regular fries. I'm on a specific diet that does not allow me to eat carbs like regular potatoes. Wish I could've gotten what I paid extra for. Half of my order I cannot eat. Plus, it was cold by the time it got to me.

Visited Montreal with a bunch of friends for a concert and this place was our go-to for the 48 hours that we were there. All of us tried at least 3-4 of their dishes and they were absolutely the bomb.com. Such a fun and upbeat spot to be at. The portions are amazing and we left STUFFED each and every time! After the concert last night, we arrived 10 minutes before they were closing (our apologies still!!) but they stayed open to serve all 8 of us and we couldn't thank you guys enough! Everyone went above and beyond for us and we're extremely grateful. One of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. Much love from Hamilton, Ontario <33

Most impressed! The staff are young and so professional! And beyond capable!! Not only did these 4 young adults serve an entire restaurant they pumped out over 60 breakfasts for a charity!!! The manager Steph is 19 years old and smashing it!! Unbelievable!!! Please support and encourage them!!! Wow!

Nice decor, super friendly and helpful staff. The terrace is pretty nice as well. Fair prices, good sized portions and fresh tasty food. Parking on Sherbrooke Street can be challenging depending on the time, dude streets as re a better option.

The best burger place in Montreal. And its not just burgers, it's everything that's amazing. The food, the atmosphere, the staff and the friendly owner! Definitely a must go!

I've been here many times at the NDG location and the food is always amazing and original and the service is top notch and friendly. On the weekends they also have a breakfast menu which I tried for the first time. I ordered the Avocado Eggs Benedict, and I have to say, any breakfast restaurant has nothing on them, I enjoyed it emensely, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Hi, I'm a relatively well known comedian and I want a burger named after me. I've eaten at your eatablishment 5 times and it was pretty good - but now Its payback time. Id even settle for a fruit salad or poutine. Something with hotdogs in it. Preferably gluten free pls. (I'm not allergic to gluten, but a lot of my fans are). Not sure why you're not getting back to me. I'm giving you 3 stars.

Not my cup of tea. Had a burger with carmelized onions, bacon and cheese. The bun was soggy and the patty tasted of fat and grease. The soup to start with was watery; I have personally made better out of a can. The wedge salad was the only good thing about this meal and even then we needed to order more dressing as the salad came with so little. Kudos to the wait staff, because this would be a 1 star review without their exceptional service.

One of the best places I have ever eaten. Amazing burgers and their fries are out of this world! ... Not to sound trite, but their milkshakes are just as good as everything else they serve on their menu!!!

Best burgers in NDG and maybe even all of Montréal. This place has a great atmosphere/ambiance and fast service.

Extremely bad management of reservations.... it seems that when you reserve 4 days in advance it is NOT enough notice. They leave you hanging and don't place you anywhere. In fact, we got there early and the place was empty but they had us wait until they filled up the restaurant so that we would have the leftover tables... absolutely ridiculous

We tried the new Notre Boeuf de Grace in St. Laurent - the place was packed and we can see why. The food is excellent and the environment is both cozy and trendy. Prices are very reasonable on top of it. You can't beat their burgers and fries and onion rings and potato skins!

Best hamburger in town! Everything was fresh! The wings were amazing! A nice mojito, freshly ground beef, and fried oreos... what more can you ask for! ❤️

Simply put, I loved it all. The service, the food, the atmosphere... all great.

Great food, service and atmosphere! So far everything I have tried on the menu has been excellent.

Deserves nothing less than 5stars. Keep up the good work, the excellent food and the grace that comes with the place <3

Yo, that fried cake of minced beef on a bun is killa!

Went there once and loved it. They have an interesting menu and most importantly are very tasty

Cool atmosphere , cold beer, great burgers. Geat spot to meet up with friends before heading out to a bar!

Notre Boeuf de Grace is a good contender and a good place to start. Aside from it being a trendy hang out located in the heart of NDG; it also serves a very good burger. The place was brimming with young families and people of all ages not only having burgers but also brunch. We had come specifically for the burgers but were surprised they served breakfast. We got our menus immediately and ordered our drinks which consisted of Ice tea and a cola for $ 3.00 each. We quickly scanned the menu and decided on starting at the basics with a B.G. (Bloody Good) Classique burger on regular bread for $ 8.00, a Dad’s burger for $9.00 which is the namesake of the last business that occupied this spot for years; so we wanted to pay homage. The Dad Burger was original and true to DAD’S Bagels Indian Roots, a 6 oz burger with Tandoori mayo, cilantro, cucumber, tomato and pickled eggplant.

The Classique was generic. The presentations of the burgers were a little sloppy, the bread was flattened and they kind of fell apart. We also ordered a side of fries to share, which also could have been better presented; at least they were crispy.
I was also not impressed with the quality of the meat, but then once you taste Angus meat you can’t go back.
Nonetheless, all that said, the concept at NBG is very cool and so is the décor. They make a bold statement with the black and red writings on the wall. The mood is festive and fun with loud music and I can see why many people may like it. Although the locale is a very narrow and does not fit many people; their terrasse in summer probably holds more people than the inside. You can see this from the popularity among the family-friendly neighborhood of NDG, which for the last decade or more has become inhabited by a younger and artsy demographic. It is only befitting that they cater to neighborhood demands. This is obvious with the resurgence of hip businesses popping up in the stretch between Girouard to Cavendish. We can give NDG kudos for being innovative

Notre Boeuf de Grâce offers a plethora of fare to satisfy all of its demographic cravings and also is drawing those from afar. It has liquor license and serves creative cocktails, beers and wine. You can also come for just dessert and coffee or ice cream and sit on the terrasse in summer. It is worth a stopover no matter where you live

Hands down best in town! I've tried almost all their burgers and most of their brunch menu. Staff is great, place looks great! Really busy joint in ndg

Touching down to Montreal, I came across this place in my neighbourhood. Ordered a classic cheese burger with specific topping as you can customise it, lettuce, tomato, pickles and jalapeños were my simple pick...They were out of caramelised onions and I found that pretty odd... The bun was very big and the 6oz patty juicy and chunky. Overall the burger was pretty average nothing spectacular to ring home especially for 12$ and without fries. I ordered take out as i was in a rush, although this is more of a sit down dining place. Will I go back? Not sure. The service was decent.

Super gourmet burger joint in the heart of NDG... Friendly staff, fairly fast service, nice decor and cool hipster ambiance. A bit on the pricey side (example bottled beer $7 and you have to pay for fries) but let me tell you, the quality is definitely there and it shows (or rather, it tastes!); for example they ground their own beef, and I can tell you, it doesn't taste like none of that supermarket junk you buy on Saturdays to make spaghetti sauce. Definitely recommended (but not too often, it wouldn't be good for your cholesterol!)...

Fantastic gourmet burger shack; a touch pricey but totally worth it given the quality and range of unique ingredients. Their secret sauce is delicious, and the bun they use is made from egg as well as wheat flour. A local, Canadian equivalent of Shake Shack.

Fresh burger, good service! Went for the first time today and got the double burger with their secret sauce. Potato skins were good as well!

Sure value delicious buger for a no frills night out. Tried it on a weekday and indulged in an 8oz buger patty with vegetable toppings and memorably tasty "green goddess" avocado sauce.
This place is by definition "high end fast food" - a local iteration of Shake Shack.

The cute decor, full sized windows that open to the outdoors on a warm day and the friendly greeting recieved by staff will probably position it as a local staple.

Expect reasonable prices, milkshakes and beer. Amen.
