Loved this quaint little restaurant. Had delicious chicken Tokinese soup. The old gentleman who served us was so helpful and patient in explaining the menu to us as we have some dietary restrictions and helped us select our order. Will definitely be back here the next time I am in Montreal.
We ordered "Mi Lakay". There are 2options "with soup" and "without soup(comes with sauce, bits of fried onions and shrimp)". We ordered both and they are tasted soooo good 😋🥢
Tempra shrimp chip on top was crunchy sooo good as well 🦐
Their Vietnamese coffee is sweet and tasty too!!! Please try it as
My favourite Bun Rieu in Montreal, I come back every week for lunch and I highly recommend this restaurant for its affordable price and delicious broth !
We ordered bun rieu and bun oc. Both weren’t too bad but it was the same broth, except one is with snails and one is with crab paste. Staff was very friendly.
Not the best pho in town; the broth was overly salty, loaded with MSG, and the noodles were overcooked. Also quite overpriced for the decent quality.
Ok bun bo hue (spicy hue soup). The taste is more like flavor from the south of Vietnam (Sai Gon) instead of from central of Vietnam (Hue). The sugar cane drink was expensive! $7 for a very tiny amount with tons of ice.
I'll give this spot 2 stars. Why? One star for fresh ingredients and another star for fast service. Why don't they receive 3 more stars? First thing, the toppings within the bread are non-existent. As a strategic business strategy, you need to charge more for your banh mi and serve double the amount
the food is delicious, I recommend the soups! although it does need a little love for the place, and a little more cleaning.
the food itself is really good and 80% recommended!
very affordable prices
