Porchetta, seriously the best I ever tasted: finished on charcoaled... just a bit crispy; my wife had pasta with morilles: incredible.
Appetizers: a plate of cold fish (bar) and a plate of pulpo. Perfection.
We ate at the bar watching staff working, looking at all the plates prepared and served.

Impasto really is a triple threat dining experience; service, food and ambiance. They check off all the boxes and you know you’re getting good quality and local produce. Plus who doesn’t love homemade pasta, right?!

The venue is adorable, but the menu is very expensive for what it's actually worth. Tagliatelle wasn't very flavourful and was closer to Fettuccini, only special thing about the seabass was the caviar, and the lamb wasn't fresh (cooked from frozen). Went to dinner here with a few work colleagues based on another's recommendation. So glad we took his advice. The focaccia was great the cheese and bread ball appetizer was great and I can not tell you how good the gnocchi was. I will go back the next time we are in town.
