These cupcakes are so good! I stop by the shop in Old Port every chance I get, and when I'm in the area. They have many great flavors and I've had amazing service every time. They also offer a small cupboard handle if you need to carry your cupcakes home 🧁

So it was my birthday March 21st. I was told by my husband the order will arrive between 9am-1pm. It was an hour and half late which is fine that’s not the issue. The issue here is as you can see the box was delivered to my front step last week looking the way it does in the image attached. I am beyond dissatisfied. I actually ended up throwing the box out. Now I know this box would’ve costed a great chunk but the decent thing the driver could’ve done was deliver it looking semi decent. It’s very sad because I really enjoy these brand of cupcakes and to see how your couriers could deliver something so shockingly sad looking i truly felt heart broken throwing them away. I am not looking for a refund. I am not looking for replacements. I just ask that you speak with your drivers to be more careful and gentle with the boxes next time deliver ring birthday gifts because this definitely wasn’t the gift I was expecting.

Dirty. Few choices. Reluctant service. They closed one and a half hours early last night. Came back next afternoon. Entrance door has sticky goo stuck to it. No bathrooms to wash your hands. No forks available to eat the cupcake or knives to divide it. All cupcakes put on one dirty, caramel stained plate until i asked for a couple more even though there were five of us. Early afternoon there were only about 7 cupcakes left in four flavors, so pictures on the website are deceiving. Service was very reluctantly given and the server didn't mention she would bring out more as soon as we made our purchase. Pretty disappointing for the kids. Why go at all? [update to respond to response] Thank you for responding. I do feel a responsibility to other guests to share my experience and to respond to your points. 1. Both the Google listing and the sign on the door itself said it would be open to 8 p.m. We arrived at 6:27, walked in and were told the store was closed anyway. I pointed to the sign on the door and the employee just shrugged. 2. I checked around the back hallway hoping there might be a public bathroom to wash the sticky goo from the door handle off, but if there is a bathroom, it isn't marked or open because I certainly didn't see one. 3. There were no spoons, compostable or not, either from the employee herself or at the side counter. I asked. I ended up trying to cut the cupcakes with a plastic straw! 4. Not just was the door handle covered in sticky goo, but the tables themselves were covered in crumbs. I don't think they had been wiped at all that day. 5. There were only a couple kinds of cupcakes languishing in the display. The employee did not offer to make any other flavors -- she didn't even tell us that she was planning to bring out more as she just 3 minutes later! I assume she wanted to sell the old ones to us. Pretty sad experience to be honest.

Love the mini cupcakes here. The size is perfect. I really enjoy the box of mix assortment. Moka and Salted Caramel flavour is my favourite.

Lots of different varieties of cupcakes. The one we had - the salted caramel and cream was great as it was not too heavy on the cream, but instead just right. The base of the cupcake was fluffy and soft. They also have a variety of icecreams. The choco orange seems to be popular as I was able to get the last order. Tasted pretty good too.

I order a Birthday Cake and it was beautiful and so delicious. The design was as I specify. Great service and fast response for any of my doubts, I totally recommended! Perfect to surprise the people you love and care!

Nessrine at Les Glaceurs on St-Sulpice is literally the best! She's always super helpful and always finds a way to make last minute orders work, no matter the circumstances. She's a rare gem in customer service. Merci Nessrine! 🧁🧁🧁

***THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE*** 2 bad experiences: - went there on a Fri at 3:30PM and they are closed. Google said they are open until 5PM - went there on a Sat at 10AM and they had a sign saying they are opening at 11AM that day Please think about your customers who spend time and money to come to your store only. Either update your timings in Google or remove your list entirely.
