Excellent food. I personally recommend the fried calamari. But! If you plan to go there with kids or to be seated and served quickly, this is not the restaurant for you. It took us 30 minutes to be seated (which I guess is okay since we were 5 people) but nearly an hour and a half to get our food. T
Definitely not an upscale place. Prices are too high, food is acceptable. Feels more like a cheap Italian 5$ meal than anything. Vegetables and salad are old. Kitchen is slow to cook the meals (2h30 to get the main course) but service from all the waiters was great! Would I recommend? Not really
We went to the restaurant at 6pm and got our food at 9.15pm. 3 hours of waiting...That justifies my 1 star. Food is expensive for the price. We went to celebrate a friend's graduation. We were large group for which we did make a reservation. We came in at 6 pm. We waited till 7.30 pm to give our or
Our group of 7 ate here last night and it was excellent. The service was top class. We took our own wine as recommended. All of our dishes were fresh and delicious, from the Gnocchi to the Romanoff. We all left happy and satisfied and with the intention of returning before our short stay in Montreal
Used to be great, now overpriced and decent pasta. Service was awful, took us 2 hours to get our food. As I understand, this was caused by a waitress that did not come in for her shift, so may have been due to bad luck. Yet for the price, I'm not going to risk it any time soon!
Average at best. Friendly ambiance, although a bit too dark. Service very, very long and not extraordinary. Food is not bad, but either has no salt at all, or is much too hot. Bring your own wine option is a good idea. Not impressed at all.
Service was not great. Waiter rushed us to order and was not warm or welcoming. He seemed frustrated that we had questions about the menu. Food was ok, I would not order the bruschetta, it was just cut up tomatoes. The table bread was nothing special and oil had a funny taste to it. Parmesan was not
Walked in at 8pm. Our waitress came to us 30minutes later to open our bottle of wine. 45 minutes later for our order and it took 1 hour for our plate to be served. By that time, it was 10h30 pm and there was no more wine. As for the plate i ordered the veal, good but the portion of veal was ridiculo
