1. A manager contacted me to get information and avoid future similar problems (and this means a LOT to me)
2. It was the first time it happened and I often eat those tasty burgers

Poutine... not so fresh (Fries and cheese at mild temperature) and a bit too salty. Surprising as I ordered @ 6:30pm rush hour.
Great service from the cashier though.
@Five Guys suggestion: put less salt in fries intended for poutine, as the sauce is already salty.

Got Cajun fries and cheeseburger with bacon. Brought it home. Now the whole city of Montreal smells like Cajun fries. 9/10 would eat again.
Expensive though. $20.00 for Regular fries, Cheeseburger and drink is a lot. But well, I'd justify the price tag considering the taste.
