Review Le Saint Bock - Montreal

Loved this place. The atmosphere, food and most of the drinks were amazing. If you love beer, this is definitely the place to go. Great place to hangout, chill or go out with you corporate team. - The beer bible is amazing even though there’s not always your choice available. Still a ton of choices. - Even though the staff is nice the efficient service is not their strength.

I read that they had ‘the best poutine’. Add in some home brew and I had to try it! Absolutely fabulous! Great tasting food, rich gravy that stuck to the fries, a tasty burger, and phenomenal stout! The only problem was my beer was gone and not replenished, while I still had food to eat! Ah well, wonderful experience!

We were lucky to run into this place when were very tired from all the walking, and had a perfect little break. Their beers were excellent, and so were their service and the fried root vegies! The price was highly reasonable as well... definitely would go back if we go to Montreal again!

Oh my, what a place for beer lovers. They serve amazing spread of love through their freshly brewed beers. I have been to multiple breweries in Ontario and Quebec but this place stands out for sure. We tried their tester with 5 different beers, Sweet Jesus was out of the world and hence we ordered it again. We also ordered Chalmaleau Reserve which was based on mushrooms and it was good too. No, not because we're drunk all beers tasted good, they definitely do brew the best beers. We also ordered fries and the postion was pretty good which was served along with Mayo Chipotle sauce. The staff was amazing too, as they guided us really well. Our server Brant was spot on with his suggestions and was very attentive to understand what we were looking for. We definitely do plan to visit this place again soon. Must visit place!

Terrible service received here. I have been here many times but this will be the last. Stopped by mid afternoon on a Friday while doing some shopping there was 2 other tables at the time we arrived. After showing QR code and being seated, it took over 15 minutes to get waters we then ordered a round of beers those took forever to arrive our server never came back, we had planned in getting some food while there but after 30 minutes of waiting, drinks finished we got up found another person who seemed to just be drinking but also working the floor as our server was nowhere to be found, asked for our bill after 10 minutes that person then came to ask what we had. Terrible service. Will not be back.

This place was great. We sat inside and due to its size ended up talking to the 4 others who were also there. We got along so well we took a group photo! The bartender was super friendly and was able to make any drink thrown at him. A wonderful time was had by all!

Definitely a place to go to for the beers. They had a wide selection including types of beers I had never seen before. The food wasn't great though, the wings had a bit of a 'cooked from frozen' vibe. The other people I was with seemed to enjoy their meals though so maybe the wings are an exception. Come here for the beers and maybe some snacks, probably not a great place to come for dinner.

Le Saint-Bock used to be a great place roughly 5-6 years ago. Ever since then, it's only been a downhill ride. Slower service, worse food, less choice and increased prices. Their fries used to be good, today they taste like they came from the freezer(bad texture too). Cajun fried chicken tasted like cheap rotisserie shack meal with no spice and too much salt (kfc is better, I kid you not). That will be 21$+ tax+tip. Beer is good but 7$ for one glass(minimum). Save your money and your stomach, go somewhere else on Saint-Denis (seriously).

Simply one of the best experiences for beer lovers in Montreal. A great place to hit when in town or to be a regular. Food is excellent as well.
