I ordered the Thai salad for takeout. They forgot to put the beef in it. I called and they offered me a gift card. Even aside from the missing beef, the salad was so horrible that my poor gift card will never get to see the light of day 😠On the customer service front, they dealt with the issue very kindly and I have no complaints there. But at the end of the day, a restaurant needs to be good at food.

Good vibe when you're sitting on the terrasse. Service was okay. I had the black bean burrito and it was good and my friend had the artichoke feta fettucinj and she thought it was fine, not too flavourful, but a generous portion.

Went with a large party at around 8pm. Food was good. The prosciutto sandwich was full of flavour. Really delicious.
The negative side was more regarding the service. We were told when we arrived that orders have to be in by 9:30 which we respected (all our orders were in by 9:15). The waiter tainted the experience a bit with his stress. I understand he was stressed but he could have handled it a bit better. Maybe in the future, make sure to advise a large group while they are booking that they would have to order by a certain time to relive some of the stress off the waiter.

Service was good. Got the black bean burrito which was lacking flavour and just overall mediocre. The place has a nice ambiance and hip atmosphere.

Your typical bar food. The burger is a bit small compared to other places.
The interior is very beautiful.
Music is on the louder and upbeat side.
The service is good. I went for lunch around 1pm, the restaurant was empty so I cant really comment on the speed.
They have a nice wide wine collection!

Food was really good. Kitchen did a great job at accommodating for allergies. Waiters were super nice and always made sure our water glasses we're full. Nice environment, not too loud and chill music.

The service was friendly, warm and quick. The food was ok. I could not finish mine because it was salty for me. It’s a nice place for 5-7 and after work gatherings, but not the best to go for having good food.

Le service était très bon et les assiettes était très savoureuses. J'adorais la sangria Zibo!-mixtes aussi la margarita de limon est une bonne réussite !
L'ambiance est magnifique en fin, c'était une bonne découverte, je vais retourner sans doute.
C'est une très bonne qualité -prix au centre ville de Montréal. C'est une bonne endroit à découvrir en couple au en groupe d'ami.

Nous venions souvent à votre restaurant. Nous avons toujours eu un excellent service. Ce soir sera notre dernière visite à votre restaurant. Votre serveuse Emilie Robinson est la pire serveuse que je n'ai jamais eu de toute ma vie. Elle est venue nous voir au debut pour prendre nos drinks et entrées et de toute la soirée elle n'est jamais revenue. Le gerant a pris notre commande (parce que je lui ai demandé quand il est venu livré notre entrée). Elle a rempli les verres d'eau de tous ses clients sauf nous. Elle n'est jamais revenue nous voir jusqu'au temps ou il fallait payer. Et je n'exagère pas. De toute la soirée elle est venue deux seule fois. Elle a passé plus de 27 fois devant nous je les ai compté, elle ne nous a jamais regardé. Si je n'avais pas regardé le manager en lui faisant signe que nous voulions quitter, elle aurait continuer à boire ses shooter au lieu de faire son travail et nous aurions pu rester la des heures de plus. Service de merde je ne retourne plus.

Excellent accueil et service toute la soirée repas principal correct , prix excessif pour pinte de bière et café bien ordinaire , réception groupe privé plus de vingt-cinq personnes , sans abus ça coûte $$$ sans dessert non offert peut être surcharge de travail . Endroit accessible stationnement dans hôtel treize dollars pour moins de quatre heures on est samedi soir , pas d'affluence et pas évident de se rendre à cet endroit avec tous les détours de voirie à Montréal . Malgré ces accros belle soirée dans un endroit agréable , recommandation menue adaptée pour groupe de plus de quinze personnes nous ne sommes pas des touristes de passage . Merci au personnel compétant
