They would not serve me .I am I truck driver they want me to use drive thru am 80 feet long . Nothing is open in this town for truck drivers not to impressed with the service.
Waited 20 mins on DT lane after placing a mobile order on the way to the location. Dining was closed and only one lane was opened (double DT) dispite of a lone line up. At least the order taker and the DT employee were nice!
I find Maniwaki McDonalds one of the slowest McDonalds I've had to wait on and as well constantly making mistakes with my orders and this summer I've had 3 milkshakes when I would have many more if the machine wasn't broken for days on end and sometimes more than a week. Showed up at drive-thru tp get coffee around 9:45pm and waited in line only to get to the speaker at 10 to be told they're closed. I don't understand why they did not block the lane and let the ones in line slready complete they're order. Especially since I'm only ordering coffee.
I ordered via mobile and selected pick up at front counter. To my surprise all the doors were locked so I was standing outside confused. Really disappointing. Bathrooms were like in camping or worse and we had to clean our own table. Barely no self-service machine working ... Covid is no excuse for the poor shape of this place 😱
Do not stop there often, but they usually never get the order right the first time (even if you order in French). Drive thru always seems to take way longer then actually parking and going in. Staff are always very friendly though.
