Walk into the store and had 414 reward points. Did order my food and drink. Didn't use any points because I like to collect until I have enough... after 10 minutes checked the app. And surprised had 190 points left. And nobody could explain where my 224 points were gone. This is the second time in a few weeks that this happened you understand that I am not happy with this.
Great sitting available. One of the best staff here. I like how everything is in order. Clean washrooms with hand dryer lol. Overall always a great experience visiting here.

Good service, however one of our items was forgotten about. It being early in the morning is ok, but they were nice about it.
Love the smiles we get from this store everytime we go. Efficient, knowledgeable friendly staff. I hope management knows how great their front end staff is to us customers. We have a complicated order but they always get it right. Also, its good to see they're following covid guidelines keeping both the customer as well as themselves safe. Thank you to staff for working the frontlines so we can enjoy our timmies. Job well done. Kudos to all of you.

Lovely place. Went in for the first time, tried the Chocolate chip muffins and FV.
Service at this location was premiere. My waitress served me with a smile and went out of her way to ensure i was pleased with my dining experience. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming timmies. Coffee was just to my tsstte and the donuts where fresh even late in the afternoon. Good job guys and gals
And there every day and I noticed a very cautious there where I'm at gloves and Trays to transfer the product that I ordered very nice and friendly. There's one lady there at the drive-thru that has her days but she's an older woman so I understand. I know what it's like to be nervous or this covid-19.
