Review Norm's Pizza - Moncton

I’ve been vegan for over 12 years and this is the first vegan pizza I was able to purchase and not have to make. Really good. And friendly service too. Yum!

First time having Norm’s pizza and very happy to find this place in the neighbourhood. Definitely try them again!

Their vegan pizza is awesome. Highly recommend it. Staff was also super friendly and great for chatting. Great first visit. We'll be eating here often.

Worst service messed up our order and wouldn't replace it at all! The guy hung up on me and said he had no supervisor working!

Don’t know who was working tonight but got the worst service ever! Tried for almost half an hour to get someone to answer the phone, once I did we got hung up on twice, then she tried to fight me about it and said no that she put me on hold. Once I asked for a manager she said he’d be in around 9:30 and to call back. Said that I had been calling for half an hour now with no answer and she told me that she would “check caller ID to make sure of that”. Then proceeded to hang up on me again. Absolute joke. Not a way to run a business. If you want to close up early and lose out on customers that’s one thing, but to fight a customer who didn’t enjoy being hung up on twice and just wanted to let the manager know how the business is being run when he’s not around. Absolute joke. You just lost a long time customer. It’s almost worth it to drive 20 minutes away to the Dieppe location to get good service!

Best pizza ever !! Ingredients on the pizza were fresh, the dough was very tasty, and the staff... they are awesome!!!
