It is all you can eat served by the waiter back of the food counter for COVID hygiene. Its a balanced buffet including few choices of sushi. Its fresh food no after taste. Lovely welcoming. Great selection of food, but adequate quality at best. We repeatedly get the same server and last time we told him that he is the best server in town. I do not know his name but he is a master of his craft. Keep up the good work!!
