Wrong order at the drive thru as usual. Even had the cashier repeat it at the window to make sure it was right. Had asked for burgers, got cheeseburgers. Even if I had looked in the bag, I wouldn’t have known until I got home. Do yourself a favour and go inside, then unwrap everything before you leave the store.

Service was ok, but I didn't enjoy the burgers. The beef patty was chewy and took all the moisture out that patty. The taste wasn't that great.

Always check your order before you pull away at the drive through. They frequently short the fries by quite a bit. One time i got a chicken finger meal and, i am not exaggerating here, it had 6 fries in the box. This is the only DQ i have been to that has shorted my fries so drastically more than once.
The only reason they get a rating as high as they do is because the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh

Got a 7$ meal deal with a caramel sundae. Got home and took off the lid to the ice cream and there was black hair in it WITH a chewed finger nail. Upon coming through the drive thru previous to purchasing, I noticed none of the employees had hair nets or gloves. The worker Ana had been the one who had her hair in my food as my driver and I both noticed her throwing her hair around with her hands alot causing hair to fall onto other surfaces. Upon asking if next time I came through to that location, if the employees would be wearing hair nets I was met with sassy attitude by the same cashier and she hung up on me.

Honestly not impressed.
My daughter has diagnosed OCD around the bathroom and the lady cleaning simply wouldn't let her go.
We asked her a few times and she wouldn't let her. With the store still being open and other people showing up.
Mind you we wouldn't normally care its just, my daughter nearly had a panic attack.
All we want is some clarity on the situation and for you to educate your staff on this matter.

Very unimpressed with the service we received last night at this location. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a poutine and a pop and my friends on a separate order ordered a 2 can dine meal (had coupons) with poutines. After 20 minutes I went back up and was told it was being made right then. At the half hour mark someone came up to us, and although he gave us coupons for free small blizzard for each of us and an apology, he still didn’t have our food. Another ten minutes go by before we finally get our food, only to get cold poutines. I brought mine back up and when the employee handed it to the person in the back one of the other employees felt an eye roll was in order. I made it clear I didn’t wait 45 minutes for food for it to be cold. I feel the whole situation was very unacceptable

Food was good, service was friendly, easy connection to the wifi.real big parking lot and they even bRing your food to your table how awesome is that. Back round noise was a little to loud to hear the server but other then that was a pleasant visit.

Went to get one of the New cotton candy blizzards this evening ... Taste nothing like cotton candy .. Basically vanilla ice cream and candy hard candy sprinkles and I think they thought they were funny went they dropped cookie in it ...

Left without buying anything. Unacceptable to block off half the dining room at 9 on a Saturday and refuse to open it back up when the 8 available tables are full and you have lines at every cash, just so lazy staff don't have to clean again. Ridiculous.

I have always LOVED DQ...until yesterday. My husband and I each ordered a small dipped cone. It was tasteless! I think DQ have put food colouring in wax to stretch their profits. Thee was literally no taste in the chocolate coloured wax...and the ice cream and cone were flavourless. I am beyond disappointed. We won't be spending our dollars there anymore. Shame.

I'm not one to complain especially when things are free but tonight we brought girls to DQ for their free ice cream cone day ..... So when we came to order I asked for a twist and the girl nicely told me it was vanilla only .... Ok not a problem so I ordered 4 vanilla !!!! As im walking away the people behind me ordered and not the same cashier and they got a twist and her son got a twist with sprinkles on it and a cherry on top!?!?! Really ...... And a few other kids after came and same thing !?!?! Kinda not impressed AH well I still enjoyed some quality time with my family and enjoyed a free ice cream
