Review Pita Pit - Moncton

Service was awesome. Worker greeted us both and asked how we were doing. We ordered and she tried to save us money by mentioning the deal of the day. She was loud and clear, didn’t rush us either. The veggies were fresh and trays were full. They had a very clean washroom and dining room. We would definitely be back at this location.

Good place where you can some healthy meals. Large variety of choices. The place is clean and the staff very welcoming!

So impressed with how much knowledge they had of gluten-free. The staff was amazing if I could go everyday I would.

I chose to go out of my way today to go to pita pit because of the cheerful staff at the mountain road location. The day shift is ALWAYS welcoming and spot on with customer service! Thanks ladies!!

I love Pita Pit. Always great service and their wraps and veggies are so fresh. Good healthy eating. Also, since I'm a member, I received 500 extra bonus points for my birthday earlier this month and got $5.00 off my order. Just little things but that's what makes it interesting and appealing. Now they just need to set up a place around the Elmwood Drive area in Moncton!

it's a little loud in there so u kinda have to yell sometimes but other than that, taste pretty good. very generous with vegetables (unlike some green sandwich place) i forgot her name but one of the girls' eyeliners were nicely done. 10/10 would ask what she uses.

Always gets my order right everytime

This is the first time I've ever actually still been hungry after spending over $10 on a meal, to the point where I'm still having hunger pains. I got the "large" pita and it was tiny. This was my first time trying Pita Pit, and I can't imagine I'll ever be back. Horrible value for your money

Our family loves pita pit, we've been to many locations (Rothesay, Oromocto, Saint John, Dieppe and Mountain Road). We've never had a bad experience until tonight. Not one bit impressed !! The staff was unorganized, the pitas were tore up and hardly held together. If my son wanted to eat salad off his wrapper he would of ordered that. We were the only people in there and it felt like we were being rushed while choosing our toppings. We won't be back to that location !!! :(

The service was inattentive at best. The girl who made my pita did not change her gloves after using a dirty rag to clean the vegetable table. I asked for a small line of Chipotle sauce and she drenched my pita in it. Very disappointing. I eat at the location in my home city frequently and have never had an issue. I doubt I'll be back to this location while I'm in town for the week. Subway it is; I guess :(

Mountain location has always been sure fire great for me. Very polite staff, one could tell they are truly working hard at providing great service. Pitas taste great and healthy. Nothing but good to say about this location.

Favorite place to eat. Manager recommended a to Tzatziki Thai combination, and I haven't looked back since

This is only towards the Dieppe Pita Pit. I absolutely love pita pit, but this time was horrible!!! It smelled like something was burning the whole time I was there ( it ended up being the toasting machine because part of my pita was burnt or had "ashes". Not tasty) I've been to many different pita pits and this was the first time I saw the grill person walking around and making pitas.. she put the meat and veggies on the grill and just dropped them there and didn't move them around at all... Just left. So the bottom of the meat was grilled but not the top. She also messed up multiple orders and was confused why she was... ( I KNOW, because she was doing other people's jobs!!! Stick to one thing!!) I also asked the girl specifically not to put green pepper on and two seconds later she puts it on... It was a disaster. Noone was organized ( except the cashier, she was great)

Went to pita pit on mountain road last night and have an onion and mushroom allergy- when I told them, they cleaned the tools and grill, and made sure there was no contamination! So pleased with the service, can't wait to go back! Excellent work!

Worst experience I've ever had there today !! Customer service was awful. The veggies were old looking lettuce was even turning brown ! Definitely was not impressed.

I've gone a few times with friends and love the place. The portions are great and the prices too. It's mice to have a quick meal and not feel blawww 30 minutes after!!

I love pita pit but ypur slow unattentive staff makes this a bad rating.

Let's just say you shouldn't offer delivery if warm food shows up cold and smoothies show up melted. Not impressed.
