Made a reservation on the same day we dine in. The food was filling and we had a lovely dining experience with our server Christine who made sure we were doing well and enjoy our food. Going back and fort in our table from time to time to get us what we need and made sure we had a lovely dining. It was definitely a lovely dining experience. Christine was very accomodating, nice, and friendly. Would definitely want to come back again.

My partner and I had a wonderful meal here! Great friendly service and very short wait times. We made a reservation for a Friday night dinner and it was extremely easy to check in and walk right to our table. Many delicious gluten free options to choose from in their starters, entrees, and desserts. We’ll definitely be coming back again for another date night!

We had lunch there on July 18th, 2022. This place no mater which on you go to in Canada never seems to disappoint.
The food is top notch & service is great. You will never leave paying a fortune & still feeling hungry. The portions are awesome, I had scallop linguine & had enough left over for my supper that night.
The endless supply of warm bread & large salad while you wait for your main meal to be prepared is enough to fill you. Pricing is very reasonable to say the least.

We had a lovely experience dining, the food was very good and portions were awesome. Our servers were Mel, and Naomi, they were fantastic both laughing with us, and checking on us as well as making sure we had everything we need. We appreciate them making our dinner experience excellent!

Food is awful. I got a wrap and I left half of it. My children had a pizza, way too much cheese. They liked it. I will not be coming back the food is garbage I regret not cooking and being lazy. Lesson learned.

I took my daughter for her birthday meal after a movie May 30/22 and was sorely disappointed. Her meal (cappelletti) was under cooked and my lasagna was inedible gummy and mealy. After trying, I could not eat mine. The waitress made no offer to replace my choice or reimburse the cost for the unsatisfactory meal. Nor did she acknowledge my daughter's birthday! The waitress was a nice girl but whether she could not hear over the loud music/noise in the restaurant or just didn't care about our experience, it left me nearly $50 out of pocket and no desire to return anytime soon. As a senior on limited income, I value a rare meal out and have high expectations for taste, service and cost. Too bad because East Side Mario's used to have a darned good lasagna!

Delicious, but missing items!
Just ordered food to bring back to my hotel. Ordered enough for supper and lunch at work tomorrow. Food was tasty and packaged nicely, but missing part of my meal, not cool!

Food was fast and hot. Servers were quick however had to be reminded of certain requests on occasion. All in all a good experience. Price was on par with the service and quality of the meal.

Fairly standard chain with an Italy by way of New York theme. The service is always good and the food is always consistent. Easy to leave full as they bring bread to the table and keep it coming if you want and many of the entrees come with your choice of unlimited soup and salad. The food is the standard italian pasta and pizza fare with a rotating stable of specials. A good value pick at times as well as sometimes you can get your meal for under $15 a head including the soup and salad.

Food was good our server was great..The prices are very fair as well.The only complaint we had was once our salad arrived which was very good & within 5vminutes our complete supper arrived as we were just getting into our salad and this ton of food arrives and the table is full of food..They were busy that day and we felt really rushed like here's your food ,,eat up and theirs a line up at the door..

Evenings - be prepared to wait. There is not a lot of dining choices on this side of Trinity Drive (grab a sub from the superstore deli, maybe!) so be prepared to wait a while if you turn up around dinner time (especially on a weekend).
