Review St. Louis Wings And Ribs - Moncton

I visited Moncton just for the night. Stopped in to try a place I don’t have access to normally (from SK) & I am sure glad I tried it. I had amazing nachos. As good as the nachos were (and they were a solid 11.5 / 10), Shaun’s service is what made the visit great. He was a leader of the staff - ensuring the floor was overseen, handling Skip orders, making customer drinks and taking bar orders, while being friendly and welcoming to a stranger to Moncton. Since I live four provinces away, my return isn’t likely very soon, despite the delicious food (even bought a bottle of the Garlic Dill sauce). However, staff like Shaun keep customers as loyal regulars to specific locations & I sincerely hope you can recognize or commend him for his work; He absolutely made my brief stop-in great and is a valuable asset for the restaurant.

Speed is brutal for getting food I came in at 1030pm for wings only 4 other people in the place for food. Took 25 min to get the first batch of wings for the 2nd round of wings it took 22 min for 8 wings....... others around me getting drinks. Was waiting long enough for the ice in my first drink to melt to almost water picture below. Update the 3rd round of wings came really fast updated to 3 stars from 2 server was kind. Met some great people there to.

Nice place with nice food and awesome staff. The fries pickles is delicious 😋 You can find easily a spot to park your car.

After getting seated the first round of drinks took 20min to get to the table, then after ordering the food it took 54min, all the chips and the fish were stale and the chicken was triple fried/almost burnt and rubbery, lately they are extremely understaffed and it results in a terrible experience- St. Louis usually is a go to but not this location.. they offered a free dessert but honestly wouldn’t even trust the quality of that either.

A great experience, friendly and fast service and a very pleasant atmosphere to meet for drinks and a meal. They have a great selection to choose from, but not too crazy so it doesn't take forever to figure what you want I had the Shwarma Poutine and it was excellent, very delicious and filling

Food was great and so was the service. Took more then an hour to receive our food.

To start off there was nothing subpar with the food, but the service was pretty near abysmal from our waiter not remembering when customers ask for a drink and then waiting another 15 minutes to get drinks after we have to ask again not only that but the bills were messed up as well so we just decided to pay for whatever was on there so we didn’t have to wait any longer. For a Sunday June 26 to be precise I’d say it was moderately busy not packed but there was also a 10 -16 seat in the event room I think it is ? Sebastian was our server and I can only assume it was one of his first couple times serving or they were understaffed and had him serving today, we were never offered desert, which I imagine we would have like to have and he just started giving us our bills and we didn’t ask for them. Kind of a big miss 2/5 stars solely because the food was up to par for this location yet everything else was a disaster. Probably will not be back for sometime yet this usually is a frequent spot.
