I'm always looking for new vegan places to try. Who knew Moncton had such amazing vegan food options. Veggie Vietnam has a large menu with an assortment of Asian style dishes but there are also a couple traditional "Canadian" dishes as well (veggie burger). It can be very hard to choose with such a vast and mouthwatering menu. Prices are fairly decent for the portions and quality of food. The group of 4 of us decided to just order a few things and share amongst us. We got vegetable fried rice, spring rolls, Cantonese chow mein, deep fried tofu, lemongrass imitation chicken and tofu and veggies. Everything smelled and looked amazing. Each dish came out one at a time but quite promptly and there was not much of a stretch in between so we got to enjoy a full plate of variety. The food overall was delicious. The only dish I didn't care for was the chow mein, mostly because I could taste sesame oil which I'm not a fan of. Portions were large as well. The restaurant itself is darling, with a few tables on the entrance level and then a staircase goes up to what looked to be more seating but I'm not fully sure if that is accessible to the public or not. I love the paper lanterns, lucky cats and other Asian decor. The server was a sweet lady. When we ordered I inquired about what was vegan, as it's listed as a vegetarian restaurant and she told me everything was vegan-- they use coconut milk she said. I still am unsure about certain items however, egg rolls. I would inquire just in case if you're vegan. This place was great and I'll definitely be back.

It's hard to find vegan-friendly restaurants around town, but this one tops the list for me! The food is phenomenal, even my family members who love meat enjoyed their meal and could hardly notice the absence of meat. The variety and flavour keeps me coming back to try the different plates! The service is also remarkable; it was my birthday and the owner of the restaurant accommodated the hours of operation because I wanted to bring my family and friends in. I was blown away by her willingness to do so and it made me super happy! Not all businesses would do that! I always feel welcome, all restaurants should definitely use Veggie Vietnam as a guide :) 10/10 Recommend to everyone!

Large portions, great prices, good food! Highly recommend anyone visit this restaurant, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan. My wife and I really enjoyed our meals and will be returning next time we are in Dieppe.

Veggie Vietnam is amazing, as a vegetarian, or as a non vegetarian, their food can out perform all other Chinese food that I've tasted. I know multiple non-vegetarian people that prefer to eat here if we go for Chinese food. I wish I had tried more of their dishes!

Our first time there and we will be back many many more times! Wonderful gluten free options. The flavors are perfect my husband was so happy to have bun rieu (a traditional crab base soup) again (his misses his mom's) the banh cam (yummy fried rice four cakes stuffed with sweet mung beans) the bana xeo (Vietnamese crispy crepe), nuoc cham (dipping sauce)and the mango sticky rice all wonderful. You do not miss the meat and you walk out stuffed! Can not wait to go back and try more and order the banh cam by the dozen to go! Thank you so much!!!!

Today was our first visit here. Our daughter is vegetarian, but she misses the chicken balls from Chinese restaurants. The rest of the family was having some Chinese food from across the street, so we decided to pick up Veggie's "chicken" balls. She loved then. I actually thought they tasted much better than their meaty counterparts. We are definitely going to try other items from their menu.

I was really looking forward to a burger and then my GF took me here..... it was fantastic! I was really surprised by the flavors coming from my veggies and they were all steamed (I assume) to perfection! Loved it and would strongly recommend even if you are craving a burger ;) great portion sizes compared to the cost. I never have leftovers, but there I did.
