We came from PEI to shop for the day and I'm so happy we stopped in to Saigon Thai. We ordered a few dishes and everything we had was absolutely delicious- fresh, light, and flavourful. The Pad Thai was my favourite (good Thai restaurants don't exist in PEI). Can't wait to return next time we're in Moncton!

I donāt know what is up with this restaurant lately but food for pick up isnāt at all at this restaurant regular standard. Today the pad Thai was super dry almost no sauce nor veggies. It was basically noodles only. The previous order was a lemongrass chicken which is my usual go to meal. It was so bad I threw most of it in the garbage. Itās not because itās order for pick up that itās ok to just throw food in a container knowing the client paid and left with it. Not right. Saigon Thai is one of my favorite restaurants in town but Iām done ordering for pick up. What a waste of money and so much disappointment.

Fantastic meal and service. We were traveling to Moncton for a few days and happened upon this gem. The Wonton soup was delicious and flavorful and my 2 roll vermicelli were wonderful and made for quite a large meal. Thank you and we will be back for sure.

Great portion sizes. Ingredients were all very fresh. Taste was good but could have been a little more flavourful. Felt it was missing a little something. But still recommend it.

Saigon Thai is a Thai & Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Moncton. It is next to the Pump House Brewery and Restaurant on Orange St. (off of Main St.) Nice dƩcor, great service, very accommodating re: baby. Ordered the Pad Thai on a friend's recommendation. Very tasty, large portion, reasonable price. Would definitely go again!

Went for supper last night... Excited for some Thai food but after waiting 40 mins with no acknowledgment, we had to get up and leave...hopefully next time I'll get to actually try the food

Enjoyed it. Tried Saigon thai for the first time on Sunday after Vien Dong was closed due to a power cut. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it but not enought to take me from Vien Dong. Both my friend and I had the Imperial Roll to start off with and it was ok, however nowhere near as good as its local competitor. I had the wonton soup as a main and really enjoyed it, the wontons were really good and loved the big shrimp. I think I would go back and I enjoyed it although not as much as the other place.

Favorite!. The food at Saigon Thai is so good. It is my favorite restaurant in Moncton. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the servers are always sweet and attentive. I like to have something different every time and with each dish, I am more impressed by the consistency of deliciousness. If I had to pick a favorite, I would say the Special Crispy Noodle but they are all good. Do yourself a favour and visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Love love love!!!. I have several favourites like Ginger Chicken, Lemon Grass Beef or Chicken, Pad Thai, Imperial rolls, etc! However just tried the Tonkinese Soup for the first time last week and IT WAS AWESOME!! Can't wait to get back and try it again :-)

I'm a lunch Combo B kinda gal! (extra carrots!). For lunch I almost always go for the Combo B with small tonkinese soup to start. But sometimes, you just need "Soup for the soul", and does a large tonkinese soup ever hit the spot! Mmmmm. Very conveniently located downtown near where I work; My week is not complete without a little Saigon Thai in it. The staff is very friendly as well. Definitely a favourite spot!

Thumbs Up!. Saigon Thai is one of the best restaurants in Moncton. The atmosphere is lovely, the food is delicious and the service is great. Last time I went the waitress was knowledgeable about menu items and you could tell she loved the food herself. She was very helpful. The food was awesome and eating awesome food with a lovely atmosphere is great. Special crispy noodle is yummy. : )

Yum!. Fantastic food! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I got the special crispy noodle which was highly recommended by my server and an imperial roll as an appetizer. I loved everything about this meal. I will be returning again very soon!

Nice food! Got the starter pho and pad Thai for mt entree. I asked for vegetarian but she brought me chicken and shrimp. No huge deal for me but a vegetarian would have had to send it back. Friendly service, would recommend!
