It was a Saturday night and full, some empty tables but reserved. In no time all the tables were occupied. Thankfully we were given a table just the same.
Our dinner consists of the Fisherman’s platter which has half lobster, shrimps, scallops, breaded haddock and crab cakes. We also tried their Lobster roll. It has chunks of lobster meat on a toasted bun with mayo and celery, served with fries.
Finally we also had Rockefeller oyster. It was creamy, salty and distinctly savory.
Our meals were absolutely delicious. It was a bit pricey but was all worth it. Our server, Emilie was prompt, friendly and attentive to our needs.
Me and my wife had a great evening and we were glad to have the opportunity to eat at Catch-22.
Overall I’m rating it four spoons out of five. 🥄🥄🥄🥄

Plating was very nice. Disappointed that the appys with sauces did not come with bread to dunk so you could get every drop. Instead they told us to buy garlic bread. For the price of the items, dunking bread not available, imagine! Server was friendly and helpful. Sad that 2 craft beer was in cans. Strangely very noisy.

Would not recommend. Food was average. Desserts were good. Ordered the lobster dinner for $49, and it barely had any meat on it (would maybe fit in a palm of a hand). We showed the sever what we had been provided, and the response we got was “well it’s market price and they are small this time of year”.

We have been traveling from Australia and have tasted the seafood delights of many Eastern Canadian restaurants. This one is up there with the best. Sooooo many dishes to choose from,. I had the scallops and then as they had my all time favorite , Escargot on the menu, I had to have them! My husband had the lobster. We then finished with seafood casserole and Spanish prawns. Absolutely delicious! The staff were amazing, our server, Nicole was wonderful, the restaurant was clean and great value! Loved it!

It was an alright experience. Nothing over the top with service or food. The location was cute, it looked like we were in a ship. Apparently they make lobster 22 ways. We tried the lobster roll and the dish was very tasty and delicious. The mussels and calamari on the other was below average; I can definitely make it better at home. I don’t think I’d ever go back because I know there are better seafood places out here

In love with this place. Stopped in again on our way through moncton solely for their chowder. The service, food and price were immaculate.

I got take out from this place. Overall the food was good. The lobster chowder had a decent amount of potatoes and lobster meat. The maple bacon scallop was cooked perfectly and very light hint of maple syrup that does not over power the scallops and bacon. The lobster roll was good and fries had a nice seasoning to it. Lava cake was decent, nothing over the top. Overall, the meal tasted very good. Other reviews complain about small portion, but I find it just right, especially for a seafood restaurant. Staff were also very friendly and quick to take orders. Would definitely visit again.

I had the most amazing evening at the Windjammer the food was incredible and the table side ceasar salad by Frederic was awesome ...he makes the experience so enjoyable and explained every step of his homemade dressing. The wine, the food and the company was perfect!

Absolutely loved it!!! This is fine dining. Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Must try at least one dish prepared table side. Frederic was our server. He is the epitome of first class servers! Highly recommend.

Deserves all the stars and from me is very high praise as I'm a foodie extraordinaire. The foie gras was the best, my husbands French onion soup amazing. My lamb chops cooked perfectly and they didn't even blink twice when I told them about my allergies. Superb!

Me and my wife eat here about once a month on average it's a lovely place in the downtown area with a staff to please everybody the food is very good and you get to eat items not available anywhere else in Moncton we highly recommend it to anybody but beware this is not your typical restaurant it will run you up a tab very fast over 100 without questions but for a very nice meal with a special person(s) it can be a great night out.

The food was good that we got, but we left hungry & with a tab of over $100. With a 1/2 price app & no dessert! The portions were so small a child could have eaten it. Also my husbands duck was hard & dry. The most disappointing meal I have ever eaten. We have eaten at many restaurants & paid over $100 & left satisfied. We left & went to Mcd. To get filled up, ugh! The service was excellent so I guess that what we paid for. If you are full, then go, if you are hungry, pick another!
