Great service, the price is right for the quantity of fresh and hot food we get. My husband LOVES the Jenny's special, my fav is the pho soup, JUST YUM!
Fresh quality ingredients in the dish and a welcome change up to the regular routine. Had the salad rolls with shrimp (rice noodle wraps on the menu) and they were fresh and crunchy. The lemon grass chicken on vermicelli was a nice mix of flavours and the pickled carrots on top were a nice surprise flavour tossed in there. My other half had the wonton soup which were pork with a little BBQ pork in the broth, I found the dumplings themselves a little over spiced but they were still good. Would definitely return in the future to try some more dishes in the menu.
Upscale Vietnamese cuisine. The place and decor is very nice, servers are friendly and the food takes a bit of time to come out, so be prepared to wait. The pork spring rolls are absolutely fantastic ! They taste so fresh and very much like homemade spring rolls, they come out super hot and taste delicious with a mix of fish sauce and Chili oil! The vegetable and tofu pho was good, the broth is very simple and light so it definitely needed the Chili oil added to it. The tofu remained firm and soaked in the flavor of the broth. The vegetables were tasty but became over cooked rather quick.
Overall great. When I return I would like to try their salad rolls as I saw other customers getting them and they looked very fresh and big !
Our go to place in Moncton and now Dieppe. Best Pho around. Be sure to reserve on Friday or Saturday. We could eat here every day.

Nice!. Nice decor love the tea selection here got the "Kelly" it was a nice price & a good size could not finish it was well seasoned & tasted good my only problem with it was the beef & pork where over cooked besides that was great definitely would go back again.
Excellent food. Excellent service! The chicken curry is rich and delicious. The "Jenny" is also a house favorite! Try the specialty teas as well.
Just excellent. This has become our goto local restaurant. I can't really offer any criticisms: the meat has a great grilled taste, the veggies are all done to the right texture, great broths and sauces, the staff is fast and friendly, prices are very reasonable, and so on. And I am not the only one aware of this—the place is always busy.
My only issue is that the Jenny bowl is so delicious that I have trouble ordering anything else.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was so fresh and well spiced. The service was excellent and being our first time it was wonderful to have the guidance and expertise of a top notch waitress. So affordable and we left with a doggy bag and full bellies.

Vietnamese taste experience. Having traveled to Viet Nam, I am happy to have had the pleasure of eating here several times with family and friends. It's a busy spot as it should be with the amazing servers (always helpful offering suggestions) and the food being prepared by the Vietnamese cooks. It is truly, a tasty, fresh experience. The owners are hands on here, always curious to see if you enjoyed your meals.

It's a simple, small, busy restaurant on a busy street (St George Street) in downtown Moncton. I usually have the Jenny bowl. 4 differnet meats served on rice or noodles with sprouts and lettuce, a springroll and broccoli and then,,, the tastiest sauce to pour over the whole thing and bring it all together. $15 and it's a large bowl.
It's not overly formal here, just friendly and busy. When you have tried a few dishes, it's easy to see why it's a busy spot.
My friends, family and I will return again and again... Always a delight here and a great option to the Moncton restaurant choices.

Awesome Spicy Pho Soup. Whenever I feel a cold coming, or feel 'blah', I enjoy the spicy tofu and vegetable pho soup at your restaurant. It's so comforting, warms me up and fills me with proteins. The red satay spice is just the best to me. (you can get that soup with meat too!)
When I moved away from Moncton there were no truely ethnic restaurants. Red satay was authentic and awesome. Great service too!

100% Vietnamese, love it. You have to appreciate a restaurant that stays focused on who they are and what they do. The Red Satay Grill is that type of restaurant in that they focus on Vietnamese Cuisine. Hot, Fresh, Tasty dishes and nothing else.
We had the curry chicken with veggies, on rice and springrolls.

THE BEST!. The Red Satay is the best restaurant in Moncton! Everyone I introduce to the Red Satay also loves it. My favorite is the #44 Jenny Special shrimp, pork and beef with veggies and noodles and mini spring rolls (which are delicious) It is the best! Food is always consistently superb when I go and that is one of the many reasons I LOVE The Red Satay.

Best Asian Restaurant in New Brunswick Hand's Down. Try #43 The Big One combo with pork on vermicelli, It's so good that I just can't get myself to try too many other items. However, I did try the pepper pork and tamarind chicken a few times and they are amazing !! What a treat to have such a quality Vietnamese restaurant in Moncton. The food is delicious, affordable, consistent, authentic and served with a smile. The staff are very helpful with recommendations too. I have to try the curry beef soon. I hear it is fabulous. Try Binh's pudding for desert for something different and authentic. Even have a vegan menu as well.
Best Food In Moncton!. My husband, my daughter and myself were visiting Moncton and were told about a new restaurant close to our hotel. We walked over and were so very happy we did!The food was undeniably the best meal we had in New Brunswick-fresh, hot and flavourful. We had 2 kinds of spring rolls which were fantastic and then I chose the bowl full of great food-shrimp,chicken,pork fresh herbs and veggies and a special sauce over rice noodles - YUMMY. My husband and daughter had Jenny's special and loved it(Jenny must be special);) Oh yeah and the iced coffe is a must . Would I recomend it definitely . Would I come back - every day if I could. Well Done!
Yummy in the Tummy. This place has the most amazing food you wouldn't know where to start. First of all the waitress they had was amazing helped me pick something delicious from the menu she made my dining experience memorable.. More restaurants should have that kind of service,the bonus was she was she was bilingual very helpful. one side note it did help she was pretty. But serious people check this place out, you'll love it.

Our family was from out of town and searched for restaurants with positive reviews. Red Satay did not disappoint! Jenny’s special was fantastic. Wonton broth was far from the usual chicken broth taste as well. Loy was a great host! Thank you!

Had takeout pho for dinner! Love how they separate all ingredients so the noodles aren't too soft and everything stays fresh! Delicious as always.
Had their Chicken Pho, it was delicious and the taste just like the authentic Vietnamese food that I had tried when traveling there. Nice service and atmosphere, cannot expect more, definitely visit again.

Had ordered Saigon special delighr, all of the ingredients/toppings are so fresh, tasty,. I’d like to rate 5 stars for the soup of this course, as it’s so addictive and savoury. Staffs are so friendly. Definitely the best Vietnamese restaurants in town.

Beautiful sooo tasty meal . We both had the Jenny Special and we were not disappointed. Loi was our host and he was so nice and friendly. Very busy but he took a few moments to chat. Highly recommend this restaurant. Quaint atmosphere.
