Review Wendy's - Mississauga

1st time experiencing this fast food place as we lay over near Toronto Airport. Love the root beer and the breakfast (Canadian Special) was best I've had in a while, better than most hotels.

I visited this store today morning around 9am and ordered two breakfast sandwiches combos. As I was in hurry, I didn't checked the order and left. When I reached my work and checked the food. It was a mess. The food wasn't good, hashbrowns were burnt and coffee was not made properly. The food tasted like hell and was completely the waste of money. This is not the service which I can expect from A&W stores. Seriously you didn't even care about customer's money and time. Never gonna visit this store in my life. The worst experience with this store.

Don’t know if it’s just this location but whenever I go to this one, which isn’t often, I’m disappointed every time. I merely ordered onion rings and they were all burnt up and I had one and threw the rest away just horrible. If they can’t make onion rings properly hate to know what their burgers are like. They used to be a great location but not anymore.

I visit lots of A&w burger joints as I love burgers but this location is the best. The staff is very friendly and well trained over here. I love grabbing a few burgers when I am near this location. Keep it up guys

I often go there to meet friends and grab cup of coffee. I like this place always as staff is very nice. They are supportive and friendly. Also, customer service is very good.

A&W is always delicious, and this location did not disappoint. I had to wait about 5 minutes for my Chubby Chicken Burgers, but they were fresh and hot.

I have been a regular customer at this location. The entire staff is amazing and gives excellent friendly customer service all the time. The food is always fresh and delicious all the times. Fantastic location and open 24 hours even on statuary holidays. The manage Bhumika is awesome, kind & generous at all times. Nav is always a pleasing personality and welcome with smiles at all times. The entire staff member’s on any shift are awesome. I highly recommend everyone to come and try this location. Good luck A & W and thank you! JL

Went to drive thru and then waited for 20 minutes to get a messed up order. I ordered a spicy habanero chicken burger combo with poutine and a regular coke. Asked for extra gravy and they do charged me for the small gravy. But I received the wrong order and then I went inside the store, they asked me to show the receipt. Which they did not provide me during the cash out. Staff was rude, no any kind of professionalism. The "WORST" experience.

Very poor service the host Alyssa had no clue how to take a order, I asked for a Bacon Deluxe Single with no pickles. Of course comes with pickles, my wife had to wait because they forgot the S Bacon Portabella. Also asked for salt & pepper got nothing. This cost $20.20 will not go back there.

FOOD:<br/>We had come here for dinner on a Friday evening at around 7:00 pm. I had settled on the Double Stack Combo ($4.00), choosing to upgrade my Small French Fries to Poutine (additional $2.20); I had chosen Coca-Cola to drink. My husband settled on the Baconator Combo ($9.59), while we had decided to share the Chicken Strips ($5.69). I found that the Double Stack Burger was a bit small as the patties were quite thin however, they were nicely cooked (even though they had hardly any ingredients on them). <br/><br/>The Poutine wasn’t very good however as the cheese curds were huge and not melted, and the gravy was not even hot (only lukewarm). Also, the poutine was a very small container, hardly filling me up. The Chicken Strips were pretty good, crunchy and large however, we had only gotten about five of them, which we found expensive for the price. Overall, the food was mediocre however, nothing to rave about; definitely not the best food from Wendy’s that I’ve had.<br/><br/>ATMOSPHERE:<br/>This location was attached to a Tim Hortons therefore, it was quite busy with people coming-in and out. Also, there weren’t too many booths available so, seating was a bit limited. It was very bright though as there were many lights, along with it being a tad loud since there were an abundant amount of people. Definitely not a location that I would want to sit in for a long period of time.<br/><br/>SERVICE:<br/>We were served by a younger gentleman behind the counter whom took our order. He was nice enough while taking our order, while answering any questions that we had. The woman whom gave us our order was also kind, making sure that we had all of the items that we had ordered. Definitely good customer service all around.<br/><br/>COST:<br/>1 Baconator Combo (Included Small Fries & Small Coke): $9.59 + 1 Double Stack Combo (Included Small Coke: $4.00 + Poutine Upgrade: $2.20) + Chicken Strips: $5.69 = $24.25 (Taxes Included)<br/><br/>WOULD YOU RETURN?<br/>I did find the prices to be a bit high considering the small amount of food that we had received. Also, the atmosphere was not one that I would consider being in again.
