I was planning on updating this to a positive review as Tim Hortons quickly responded to me shortly after I posted my original review on July 14th. The Manager was apologetic & shocked at the amount of dressing that was put on my food. He said he planned on looking into it further but in the meantime would me leave something @ the drive thru for my inconvenience. However, turns out it’s a $10 gift card to cover my $17.18 bill. Now that’s REALLY insulting! :-/

I’ve been living in this area for over 20 yrs and have frequented this location as I work nearby. Morning crew has always been fantastic but, this was the afternoon group. I ordered a Loaded cilantro lime chicken bowl & a wrap. I asked for extra dressing on the side cause sometimes i find it a bit dry. It was an additional charge but she informed me if they just put extra on top it’s free. So I said ok I’ll take a little on top. I paid and she went back to speak to the team. The 5 of them had a conversation. They may have noticed me watching and each went about their way. The girl making my bowl chuckled and almost looked surprised before she closed the lid. And this is what they served me…the first photo is after I attempted to remove all the extra dressing. The second photo is what I removed. C’mon people let’s show some common sense & respect to someone’s hard earned money. I said a LITTLE EXTRA, NOT DOUBLE OR COVER THE ENTIRE TOP OF THE BOWL!!! And I feel like it was done intentionally. I find that behavior is rude, unprofessional & unacceptable. I will now be taking my business to another location.

This Tim Hortons is located in an Esso.
Went in and ordered a Medium Coffee. Four people were behind me in line and ordered after I did and they all got their coffees and teas before I did.
I could not believe it. I was patiently waiting and this kept happening. Finally, I had to speak up and inform the staff. They did not apologize but finally got me my coffee.
The Service is Absolutely horrendous! The place is crowded with Esso customers as well as Tim Hortons customers and they were not properly social distancing. I would never have gotten coffee here if it wasn’t for the fact I was getting gas.
This is the worst Tim Horton’s location in Mississauga. Much better Tim Horton locations nearby. The manger of the Esso and the Manger of the Tim Hortons should review Covid protocols with staff. This is unacceptable they are putting people at risk as well as providing the worst service. Don’t go here!

Worst service everr!!!!! People working here have so much attitude they dont even know how to provide good customer service. I order a grill cheese melt with hashbrown and chipotle sauce and the it wasnot grilled properly when i go and ask them to grill it properly the lady on the toaster refused to toast it with attitude then the manager came and asked what we want and after telling my order he refuse to make saying its out of menu and give me the refund. He don’t know even know how to handle customer complaints instead he’s saying why u ordering this its out of menu😂😂. They should learn how to treat customers and how to solve customer complaints instead of showing attitude.

Most efficient and friendly drive thru morning team. Espresso is delicious i order keto and they never mess up my orders food is always hot and donuts I buy for others is soooooo fresh !!! Thank you I love this team !!! The head office should use your example for training

Terrible service trying to get a coffee and sandwich and lady at the cashier was so mean and annoying,like literally she’s yelling at me because I want to order. Wondering is there any manager to train her,if head office sees her she will get kick

Your management definitely needs to train your drivethrough employees better on customer service. A simple 'you're welcome' without an RBF goes a LONG way with customers.
July 11th 2020 around 10:35pm, whoever was handling the drivethrough window should have an additional training on customer service. Just a kind input for your management team. Cheers.

Just the slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. It took about 20 mins for me to simply get a coffee.
