This was my first time trying Pita Lite. I had a chicken shawarma on rocks ($10) and did not like it at all. The chicken did not taste fresh, the frozen fries were super soggy and the sauces were very bland. It did not look very appetizing, way too much oil/liquid on everything, I got sick after eating it and will definitely not be coming back here any time soon. The place was clean inside and the staff was friendly. There is lots of parking available nearby and service was fairly quick, was in and out in 10 minutes. Overall not a good experience, I don't recommend it.

People beware. I had horrible experience. In the middle of eating their chicken shawarma salad i had discovered a huge bug in my salad (picture attached). I had contacted the manager at the restaurant and she attacked me by saying that why am i complaining and that it is ok things happen. No one had appologized. but expressed their anger toward me that i complained. I have returned their salad back with the bug in it. They checked for the bug and again without saying anything and not appologizing just gave me money back. Infact, while on the phone they did offered me another food, but after this neither my coleagues or me want their food.

The BEST Pita Lite location and the lady who runs it most days is an absolute queen!! She knows regulars orders off by heart. The food is amazing, better than most other locations even, and the staff is incredible!
I have been going to this location for 5+ years and I am never disappointed. 10/10 every time!

Worse Shawarma I have tried. Chicken was not fresh and had a bad taste. The sauce that they put on top was like water and gross. Small portion of rice and chicken and 1 slice of potato. I do not recommend this place.

I worked in the area and we would frequent this location a lot.
The staff are friendly, and service quick. During the lunch rush expect a long line. The food quality is great, and the price is extremely reasonable. I usually get the chicken shawarma and it's delicious.

Ordered a chicken on the rocks around lunch time. Found a hair in my food and had to literally throw out 80% of the food after that. Felt bad but I ain't eating someone else's hair.
The lady who works in the store does not wear a hair net. Perhaps that's why or this place is not that heygienic.
The food tasted okay. The chicken cooked have cooked a bit imo. Not worth the price though.

Sign says open, they close at 5pm. I come at 4:30 and I'm told they are closed.
It's close to my work and I was hungry so I thought I'd give it a try... Never coming here again.

The veg wasnt washed...I had little pebbles in my wrap.
Also, double check your receipt.
