The lakeshore west and southdown dairy queen is closer to my house but I'd rather drive the extra 5minutes to get my blizzard from this dairy queen location, desserts are always consistently made well, consistency is important for any business, and staff is always courteous :)

This review is based on today's experience. The store had a line up and the only employee there was named Eman he was a superstar. He greeted each customer took their order and made it. Start to finish and even under the pressure of being very busy never lost his temper. I know I will be back just because of this he is the type of employee we need more of! Thank you Eman.

I'm pretty sure most Dairy Queen's don't put the topping at the bottom of the sundae and this made my day. The girl and guy working there on May 6th in the afternoon get a huge shoutout. Super polite and friendly too!

Staff is incredibly efficient and courteous and the food is always freshly made and tasty. Especially the fries.

Hot food, made to order. They are my second favorite place to get chicken tenders and their sauced up chicken strips are amazing. They check to make sure they're cooked through, which some restaurants don't. Their fries are always great and the staff is wonderful. Service is what you expect when things are being made to order. Remember, they're fan food, not fast food.

The girl behind the counter wouldn't acknowledge I was there and was only interested in talking to my boyfriend. We walked in together and ordered and she only took his order and didn't punch in mine. No apologies or anything when we had to order a second round, and she would still only take the order from my partner while ignoring me.
