Visited today after quite a while and definitely not disappointed. Had the steam fish which was done to perfection. Great ambience and friendly staff. It's always a plus when you can have an enjoyable chat with the owner also.

This place was recently renovated, and looks a bit more upscale now. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, generous portions. I ordered the jerk chicken lunch special, and it took about 5 minutes to arrive. Jerk chicken, peas and rice, and coleslaw, plus a soft drink, for about the price of a fast food combo. Excellent Jamaican food. Soft hip hop music in the background, and a nice chill atmosphere.

👍🏻 I will go back. I am glad we gave this place a try because it was really good. We got the Jerk Chicken and the Stew Chicken meal with rice & peas and slaw. Jerk only a little spice but you can probably ask for more. The stew chicken was mild - both delicious. Didn’t take a pic because we ate it so fast. Good portion size and you can add more meat for $6. It was like a tasty Jamaican home cooked meal. The resturant also gets points for cleanliness. Good little spot!

I used to eat at this restaurant years ago under the previous ownership and it was great. I recently visited and although the place looks much better post-renovation, the food quality has gone down significantly. The jerk chicken I ordered was barely warm, and had no spice at all. There was also a strange sweetness to the rice and peas that wasn’t great. The worst part: when I asked for a knife the employee took one from a dirty pile of utensils under the bar, rinsed it under some water, dried it off and handed it to me. No soap used and needless to say I didn’t use it. Overall not a good experience

I don't think customer service is a concern here, nor do they care if you ever come back. Your presence as a customer is more of a bother than a welcome guest, and you may not get all the dishes you order and pay for. What you get may be frozen, because they didn't bother to cook it..you won't find any of this out until after you've already paid and given your tip. Had I known they forgot a dish and didn't prepare another I would have simply said forget those two and I'll pay for these and go on with my dinner. Definitely regret the tip. Frustrating experience all around.

Ordered curried chicken roti on July 28. Roti was too hard. I was expecting to get the chicken all wrapped into the roti but they didn't do this properly. The roti was used to cover the chicken like a roof over it. I've also had better curried chicken from this restaurant.

We visited Winston Churchill location.The girl at counter was Extremely rude, poor service and gave us wrong order. Food was terrible and quantity was less. The price was different than website. Don't waste your money and time. Will never go again.
