Mobile order machine gave me a printer error but my payment went through. Brought it up to the workers there and was completely ignored. I got two (already made) melted mcflurries 20mins later after going up to the counter many times to ask for my order

I ordered an oreo mc flurry. It should've taken less than a minute. I wait for about 10 minutes. It's not ready. I see people go in, order huge meals, get them, eat, then leave. But alas, my ice cream is nowhere in sight. 30 minutes go by, I ask if someone else took it. They told me it would take a few minutes. They lied. ONE HOUR LATER I get my oreo ice cream. And there were barely any oreos in it. What a shame.

My partner and I, both seniors, went for coffees this morning and the male employee was completely rude. It's no wonder he's working at a McD job which will take him nowhere. McDonald's needs to hire people with BETTER customer service skills.

I bought yesterday Med Coffee and One Donut… the served Donut was an old Donut… is better for them to dispose it… management need to care for the serving food Quality.

Was there on July 3rd and there was a black hair in my fries, my hair not black and the apple pies were completely burned also was missing a drink so overall staffs there not very friendly and service very poor overall.

Probably the worst location I've been to. The have so much negative attitude at cash. Asked for a cup of water and they gave me a cup which was smaller than a shot glass. Asked for napkins as the dispenser was out and they replied "we don't put them there, it's in your bag". Never have I experienced this at a McDonald's. Very poorly ran if you ask me

Worst Chinese Staff in square one mall. They serve food as if we are begging for them to serve. One of the chinese girl was so fed up of distributing orders that she just hopped me my burgers and went away. Mc Donald's is racist. Either they will hire only indian staff or only chinese staff or some other similar staff. You will never find people of different races working there except once in a while.

Do not bother with this location. I ordered large fries through the app. The lady announcing orders called my number but didn't even have my order ready so I waited an extra three minutes. I was watching from the front and it literally took THREE workers to get a single order of fries prepared. The supervisor was just standing there with the bag open while these two other workers kept scooping and then dumping out the fries. They were giggling the whole time. JUST PUT THE FRIES IN THE CUP. Oh, and the fries were soggy. For a McDonald's that have multiple workers working at the same time, there sure was a lot of nothing going on. You're better off going to the food court or going to another McDonald's outside the mall.

This place is literally filthy .. Maybe I came at a bad time but wow garbage everywhere and fruit flies everywhere.. I simply walked to the ketchup station, approached the ketchup and literally 6 flies flew out from underneath. That's disgusting. I saw one girl cleaning a table but she seemed tired or something. Maybe they need more people who really care to keep the place spotless at all times I mean it's a restaurant after all .. And the slow service and long line up took away the "fast" out of the fast food experience. I can say that there are 90% of the time always lines ups here for sure. The only positive thing is that the fries were hot and fresh. Otherwise .. This McDonald's is kind of bad. Or maybe it's just a bad day. But it's really gross. :-( disappointed.

I tried the CBO. I loved all of it but the chicken, I wasnt feeling the chicken whatsoever. I honestly could have had it with no chicken. The bacon, onion fried pieces, the sauce and lettuce were good and the bun was my favourite but the chicken NOPE. I wouldnt get it again.
