This place has bug issues. Literally the whole muffins and cakes had tons of bugs sitting on it. When I complained to the staff, they said that we will talk to the manager and didn't remove it immediately. I never heard such a dumb answer in my whole life. The food contamination will be reported to the Region of Peel health inspection and the Timothy's head office. I have attached the pic for public awareness.

This place has gone from somewhat passably run to appalling in such a short time. A few of the workers there are really sweet, and is the only thing you have going for your store currently. During rush hours you have minimal staff in place, no help from any sort of management what so ever, and those poor things look so overworked. I went just a few days ago expecting to have a nice coffee and bagel and was instead greeted with a cockroach or two near the garbage can. How can you let your employees work in these conditions, let alone have customers come in to eat your food. This store is disgraceful, and whoever is running it should be fired. Please for the sake of your customers do better, or don't try to act like a reputable establishment.

They have a great matcha latte especially when it is made by Sam as it is made consistently well. I would go there everyday to get a latte, but I don't see her there as often which is unfortunate. Pricing and service is definately the best in the area.

Vegan snack options offered and definitely more snack options in general, than Starbucks. Everything tasted fresh and yummy, though they only have a microwave to warm food up and so if you would like a warm pastry, it will be warm, but all gooey. Quiet location with outside seating. Fairly friendly staff.

Waa in PC on Canada Day .Sign on door says permanently closed. Closest location somewhere in the north end of Etobicoke. Too bad. Too far for me. I liked getting my tea there when I visited Port Credit.

This was my go to for coffee, mainly due to the flavoured varieties, for years and years. Unfortunately I’ve had three recent experiences that have made me decide not to go back. Firstly, I arrived a week or two ago one morning at 8:17 and had to bang on the still locked door. I got major attitude from the woman who finally opened. You open at 8. Why give me stink eye because I want to get a coffee nearly 20 min after you are supposed to open? Second - this is big for me because I go specifically for the flavours - last week was told that no flavours were brewed because you are usually slow in the morning. I don’t get it how that makes sense, but I’m starting to get why you might be slow. Is that why there is typically only one person working? This morning was the last straw. I was told (same girl who opened late) that the internet was down, and so she couldn’t serve me anything. I had exact change - you can’t pour me a coffee if I give you $3.05 exactly? This girl gave me MORE ATTITUDE. “I GUESS so, I dunno.” Was what she said. I left, and I’m upset because I like the coffee. I don’t want to go to Tim’s or Starbucks. Do something with this place, it’s gone straight down the tubes.

Was hesitant but pleased when I walked in. In the morning at least this place has a more casual and kind of "starbuxean" feel. Staff was indeed, very nice. Noticed when one customer walked in that the manager knew her usual order. Personal touch, and I liked it. Kept my order simple with the matcha latte (not bad) and may try something else in future.

Good coffee. Nice surroundings. Nice staff. Clean washroom. Covid careful. Good bagel. Good parking. Only thing missing is drip decaf as opposed to decaf Americano.
