As a regular customer, this location used to be my favorite take out food. They reduced the size of their burritos, and increased the price of them. One small burrito was enough to make me full and now I am still hungry. They aren't hurting for business either.

This was my first time trying the Meadowvale location. The ordering experience was okay, but the food quality was poor. Ordered 2 bean burritos and the rice in both was dried out. Some bites were chewy, while other bites felt like I was going to break a tooth on the rice. There was also a lot more coleslaw than other toppings and the medium spice was pretty bland. I doubt I'll to order from here again.

Got the bowl mixed with Calamari and chicken. Only got 5 pieces of calamari and a bunch of chicken.

Hello, my name is KC and I ordered chicken quesadilla from burrito boys - Meadowvale on 6:13 @ 8:45PM. I would like to say the chicken was raw in my quesadilla 😖 and now it hurts my stomach. Why would they give me uncooked quesadilla? ☹️ I tried calling the store but no one is answering. I would like to report this and escalate further to corporate. tried this place for the first time, ordered a naked burrito bowl around 8:30pm and i found a blue hair in it? not sure if that person was wearing that person was wearing a hair net or not, but im very dissapointed.

Love the burritos, but I got an eye roll when I didn't want to provide my phone number. I recall last visit getting the same crapping customer service, so needless to say, this is my exit review.

Just got home with our order. First off it was the worst pulled pork burrito ever and it had corn in it. I did not ask for corn because can cause serious intestinal problems. Secondly, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they made my wife's quesadilla wrong. And my wife said her quesadilla was not prepared right either. This not what we expect from thisvfranchise

The food is good, I get the same thing for years...the naked shrimp. I call it all guts no glory, with two lines of hot sauce. The price is good. The service can be insanely slow and this was pre pandemic (Meadowvale location) but, it has improved a lot. Back in the day, it used to be 7 shrimps 🍤. We're down to 6😏 But, it's all good. Quacamole is still extra, I tend to skip it sometimes and cut up fresh avocado 🥑 at home BUT, still my favourite burrito spot and I've tried quite a few. I'll stick to this one. If you're a regular your order stays in the system which makes it easy to call ahead and pick up, no need to repeat.
