Review Bounty Grill - Mississauga

As soon as I got in I was greater by the owner I guess. Very friendly and nice. Very helpful staff. I ordered the salmon Benny it was good , but a little too salty. The portion is actually perfect. They beauty the food fast actually. They have WiFi if you really care about WiFi connection. Overall good experience.

The food at this location is nice, I would say a 4/5 but my issue is that most of my party of 10 recieved things missing or something that they didn't order, the waitress was nice but the service, in my opinion, is not up to par. I ordered the Skillet eggs Benedict and, while good, is advertised as tater tots poutine eggs Benedict, what I received was more akin to home fries, and while it was tasty, was not that I wanted. In short, I wouldn't suggest going here myself but if someone else really wanted to go I wouldn't say no.

Old fashioned feel seating. I never feel cramped while at this restaurant. Unlike the new style breakfast places cramp a hundred ppl in a shoe box. Food is great for the price point. Service is usually fast and efficient, with friendly staff. Would highly recommend this place for breakfast. But not for lunch as the only time we ordered from the lunch menu we were disappointed on 1 of the 2 orders. Suggest that you call ahead for parties over 10 people.

Quality and service has gone down since new owners took over. The coffee tastes like the pot hasn’t been washed. The quality of the food is cheap. Menu is basically the same but prices jumped. Our server was inattentive and it wasn’t that busy. Took forever to bring our food and didn’t offer coffee refills until we were leaving. To be fair, the previous owners treated us like family. Too bad, this used to be our regular breakfast place.

This is THE place to go for Saturday brunch. It's bustling and busy most weekends. Have been going most weekends for a few years now and never been disappointed. Usually get waffles or BLT or fried egg and bacon sandwiches. Omelets are great too and huge! During the week, it's not as busy but food is really good and homemade. Decor is a bit dated but you don't eat that. What counts is the friendly staff and great tasting food. Never had anything that wasn't delicious. Now only open from 6:30 am to 3pm.

I’ve been coming here a long time, almost 20 years. I really miss Gus and the old staff. I am rating it 2 stars because while the food is still tasty, the service is poor. I came to grab a quick bite to eat, when I entered the door, the waitress didn’t seat me, she yelled from the back seat yourself, okay fine. I sat there for 5 minutes while she had a conversation on her phone. When she finally came to my table she was rude and abrupt, “coffee?” She asked. When I said no thank you just water please she rolled her eyes!!! Finally she brought the menu and water then didn’t come back for 10 mins, she was back on her phone speaking some other language, the call must have been important as she was so loud. After I ordered and got my food I didn’t see her til I had to pay, I got up to walk to the back to see her still on the phone, when I wanted to pay she made me wait til her call was ended. Never am I going back, maybe I’ll just get take out if I do.

Been eating breakfast here for about ten years. But think I'm moving. Why? The potatoes. They changed them, the server acknowledged as much. They look and taste like they come out of a bag whereas before they were real homey. Is this a big deal? Yep. Can't comment on other meals. They took a great breakfast and made it mediocre.

Have been coming here for 15 years and I think the place has finally declined beyond recognition. One server working on Saturday is insane. Potatoes have been changed from home fries to frozen out of bag stuff. Regularly things like smoked salmon not available despite multiple menu items that contain it. Out last Saturday visit, we were the only people there by the end of our meal. Time to find a new breakfast joint.

this is a great place with a great menu . me myself I love the meat lovers breakfast with ham bacon Canadian bacon and sausages home fries and 3 eggs over easy and of course two cups of very tasty coffee . the wait staff are all very attentive and beautiful too . they have a very nice lunch menu as well with the same beautiful ladies serving then too. I will return as often as I can and recommend this restaurant to everyone I know . cheers

This is our go to breakfast place in the west end. Great big breakfast. I recommend the bounty special. 3 eggs bacon sausage and 2 pancakes with toast. The lunches and dinners are your standard diner fare but breakfast is the way to go.

Nelson: I've been here a few times, almost always for breakfast. It's a fairly close greasy spoon that has snagged my repeat business despite not doing anything special. This is the Bounty Special for $8.95 and includes 2 pancakes, 2 sausages (not that great), 3 eggs, 2 toast, home fries and 2 slices of bacon. I suppose the pancakes are the unique addition to the regular big breakfast equation. This is guaranteed to fill you up and start your day off with a hearty breakfast!

Eggs florentine were fantastic! Highly recommend.

An eclectic atmosphere like you're going back to something from your childhood, but the servers are very friendly and very attentive. Portions are plentiful and food is very good.

Good food. My family, friends and myself liked everything we have tried so far.<br/>Food is always good and portions are large.

I went for breakfast on a Saturday morning and was surprised that it was not too busy. Ordered greek omelet with a side of sausage. The food was very good, the side sausage was three huge breakfast links, probably two more than I needed! Unlike a previous reviewer, I found the service to be perfect, but again it was not busy. Good food, good service, good value!

Expensive and if you get 3 eggs you can't get one scrambled and the rest sunny side up . Pluss super Slow service for such a small restaurant.

Tim really likes this place for breakfast, so we meet up when there when he's back. I ordered the French Connection, which is 3 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 sausages and 2 bacon, 2 toast and home fries. This is a giant meal that costs $8.95. I don't think it's possible to be hungry after this. I'm not a big fan of their sausages because they taste a bit soapy, but everything else is done well...and hearty! This breakfast reminds me of Mel's Diner in Waterloo which burned down in 2010. I went by soon after and saw the ruins. So sad :_( Previous Categories: Breakfast, Pork, Comments: 0 Comments close Comments No Comments Yet.
