If I could rate at zero would do. Location was busy however not at capacity. Tables, and over-all cleanliness was dispointing. Food sat getting cold because server was calling out that food was ready for Coy. Cory ate his disappointing cheese steak with cheese (that he requested without onions by the way). He's is vomiting as we speak, as I guess his onion allergy is his imagination. My soup was really good but even my grill cheese was two pieces of dry bread with burnt so called cheese in the middle. So disappointed as I have not been in the area in awhile. Gone down hill. Bathrooms were scary considering how conscious everyone is about hand washing and hygiene.

Went there pre Covid to dine in. It was good. Went last week and they only had a few muffins and cookies. Had only light roast coffee, the time we waited, a fresh pot of regular roast could've been made. The sandwiches were ok. They have a flat bread pizza that looks delicious. Something I would try next time. The staff in the kitchen looked like they could be elsewhere.

I ordered strawberry salad. It had canned crushed pineapples strands and canned mandarin orange slices on zero nutrition iceberg lettuce with a few fresh strawberryslices. It was horrible. I did not eat it and threw it in the garbage.

My sister has a milestone birthday today so I’m treating her to an outing. She chose this venue. I ordered a Pick 2 combo of any half Sandwich, half sandwich, cup of soup, small Mac& cheese, one flatbread ; 1/2 Cuban Panini, Tomato Basil bread, cup Turkey Chili, and an Apple Service was excellent and the food was good.

Quiet place. Very attentive and kind staff: 5 stars to them. The roasted turkey and apple sandwich was nice! The staff member smiled with pleasure when I picked this sandwich because she said it was good. The cranberry bread was really delicious. We had it toasted, but they told me after that they usually make it not toasted, which may be better because the sandwich filling is packed with cold items. Came here for lunch for a business meeting. It's also nice to come here because it's quick service and there's lots of variety. However the food was ok. There is something for everyone so if your group is picky this would be a good place. The staff is also very friendly.

Went to start my bday celebration on April 1 2018 with my family it was a rip off. Called on Tuesday and was told a general manager would be in touch with me. Still waiting. Spent over 75$ for bfast. Very very disappointed! 1

Last time I went to this location was about two years ago and got take out of a half sandwich and soup, when I got back to work I realized I only got the soup and a hunk of bread, no sandwich. So I didn’t go back until today when my son and I went for dinner. Two sandwiches and a salad for $46 and once we sat down they came to tell us both of the breads for our sandwiches were not available. We reluctantly chose others but found the sandwich and salads to both be pretty tasteless. Very disappointing- will not be back for a third time.

I was here earlier and I must say I don't get how you can sell HALF a toast bread sandwich for more than $8 and $11 for a full sandwich. I thought it was a baguette type sandwich but was appalled at it really being toast bread and only half with an apple. Biggest rip off of the century and will never buy anything there again. Fucking waste of time and I'm still hungry. You should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping people off and I should have asked for my money back!!!

Am at this location right now. Soup served for the 3 of us was cold. When we complained, we were asked to go to the microwave and heat it ourselves. It's not that we let the soup go cold. We were not served properly heated soul in the first place. Some customer service!!

Went here for breakfast last week with a friend and my two little boys. The egg and cheese bagel i got was rock hard. Im sure i damaged some teeth from chewing that thing. For my kids I ordered a pb and j sandwich...honestly, how hard is it to make that? They didnt bother to toast the bread, they slobbered a huge amount of pb on both sides and then literally poured jam in between. The messiest pb and j sandwich. Literally had to scrape most of it off and still feed it to the kids myself bc of what a mess it was. Will never go back here again. If u cant make the basics, i cant even imagine what the other items look like.

I ordered a turkey BLT sandwich and it was nasty. The lettuce was old (took a picture) the turkey was super cold like they just took it out of the freezer. The avocado was literally just cut in half and thrown in there. Will not go back there.

Went there this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised...my husband and I loved it...We got the Chipotle Chicken Avacado Melt, Bbq Chicken Flatbread and French Onion Soup...Tasted great...will definately go back�

I get this sandwich all the time, in fact it's the only thing I get from here besides soup. This is supposed to be a Frontega Chicken Panini, I asked for no onions which they got right. But what they didnt get right was the chicken. I literally got one piece of chicken on each side of the sandwich. One measly strip piece of their ripped up chicken. I wish I could post a picture here.

I went in for soup and a sandwich and the soup was cold . Other then that it was ok . But other thing that bothers me is I'm trying to eat and they keep coming to the table to clear it when I'm not Even finished.on a side note they keep trying to sweep the floor and mop and then I just leave.#fail#rude

We often get Panera but have been disappointed by this location a number of times. Often told that they are out of numerous ingredients (cheese, eggs etc). Tonight ordered a Fuji apple salad which arrived with no apple whatsoever, a grilled cheese sandwich (after picking a different cheese since they were out) which was under cooked and tasteless and three French onion soups which came with only enough croutons for two. Once again was left terribly disappointed. As a general note for Panera, there website menu is hard to negotiate and uninformative. As someone with multiple food allergies as well as being vegetarian, it is a real hassle to have to call to enquire about what ingredients are in each item.

I am the manager of the new Games Workshop moving in at 5955 Latimer Dr. I just had a great time at Panera Bread on Mavis road with a bunch of our future customers. We can't wait to be back next week for our Tuesday night Warhammer club!
