Pleasurable experience. I just returned from a trip and didn't need any aggravation and this experience was excellent from the cashier to the attendant that made our burgers. They even offered to take our tray to the table for us. I'd like to know that I asked for ghost pepper sauce and they told me they didn't have any in bottles. But they were nice enough to open up a packet and put it on the burger for me. Not something they have to do. Clarkson location rocks!!! 🤘😝🤘

Cold food because we had to stand there waiting to be served while our pick up order sat on the counter right in front of us for over ten minutes - while no one was in the store. The guy didn't even ask what name it was under, he just assumed it wasn't ours. We got one of the party packs that came with buffalo chicken bites - pretty sure they just poured straight hot sauce all over them. The burgers were soggy and very small pattys. Worst Harveys experience I've ever had which is disappointing because at other locations it hasn't been this bad.

SOGGY BURGER WITHOUT THE FRIES. I was given this soggy burger last week, and today they forgot my fries! really disappointed this used to be my favourite spot. When the full time staff isn't working the food standards drop an service is not good.

I was served at Drive Through by a very friendly gal named Brenda. She made sure my order was correct (which I’ve seen go sideways at other places) and was pleasant and chatty when I pulled up. The food, of course, was terrific! Their veggie burger (the original one) is what I usually eat because it tastes so much like a real burger and the toppings are always fresh. Can’t go wrong with Harvey’s, a Canadian institution in the burger world!

Been going to this location for a few years now. Always fresh quality food served hot and never had to wait. Today the Harvey's app messed up and for some strange reason checked off "no bun" on my take-out order. The staff were only too happy to correct the mistake and prioritize my replacement order. Now that really is a "beautiful thing" !!!

first off don't ever go to a place where they look like they don't want to be there.....note taken. Now the food.... the fries were old and soggy, looked like they sat under the heat lamp all day. The burger was kind of greasy. The bun was soggy also. We were literally 2 min from home, so it's not like it sat in a bag for a long time. This is one Harvey's I will not be going to again
