Unhealthy but who cares😂 love their sandwiches and poutine.

I had the most amazing experience on Saturday and am still thinking about it today. I am so excited to go again tomorrow! The food is so good and the one young lady who served me was so kind! Amazing customer service she deserves a promotion so sweet !!!!

Found hair in my meal.. Ordered the ultimate fries, lady was counting the bacon on top of it. After eating I think I got food poisoning from the meal Cos I felt like throwing up all night. Only nice thing was the Lemonade. Will not visit them again.

Delicious. This place has been here for as long as I've been going to this mall (over 10 years) for good reason. Let's be clear, it's not the healthiest option but my word, it's delicious.

Always good to have new choices to this boring food court sense. Server can be more friendly. But over all light and fresh "#1 in the world" is defiantly and over statement.

The food tastes good. The staff do not seem to care about the product and always seem in a rush. The bread was cut at the way through so the meat is falling out if he bottom. I am very disappointed as the last time I was here the sandwich was great.

Decent place quick service. Really didnt fancy the cheesey fries... but the sandwich was good. Update: really appreciate Charleys takes the time to reply. Will visit again though for the sandwich.

Incredibly rude staff. Mocked for having difficulty hearing which order was mine in a very loud environment and asking for clarification.
