I went at 6:20am to thought will be clean early morning, but as usual I’m very disappointed and upset , the store very dirty as usual in this store
As you can see in the pictures, if the store was very dirty at 6:30am you can imagine what will be in 6:30pm
The tables have leftover food as you can see on the floor too
The floor very sticky as i can feel under my shoes, i can tell no one mopped the floor or clean anything between changing the shifts
The doors and windows have hands mark you can see it in the pictures
One day i spoke to one of my friends and they told me the same, we aren’t go in this location because very dirty

dont bother standing in the mobile order pick area in the evening they dont check that line.
so even if you do a mobile order you basically have to line up and order again.
employee said they dont have enough people fair enough not their fault. how about gett enough staff so they are able to do their jobs properly

Every time i go here they always mess up my order in some way, today they didn't toast my bagel when i asked for it to be toasted and i only noticed when i get home. Yesterday they put whipped cream in my iced cap, i asked for no whip cream and when i asked them to correct it the lady stared daggers at me and proceeded to wipe it off with the lid into the sink and gave it back to me while still staring at me. As a fast food worker i recognise that they might not be having a good day but its the same service every day. However there is this nice young man who is always friendly towards me and other customers and i think he is a fine example of a hard worker, i think all of his coworkers could learn from him.

Very poor service. I had ordered classic bagel sandwiches, with egg, sausage and cheese. When i opened the packet there was only egg and cheese. I personally went back after work to complain, the girl at the counter could not even locate my transaction. I informed her i need to talk to the manager. Manager not available, and I informed her to ask her to call me.
I am still waiting for the call !! This is how they treat their customers!

I frequent this drive thru and usually have a decent experience. Today, I found the service weak - I placed an order and then asked the person if she could repeat my order only to get a rude response saying your order had been put through - I think a simple three item order could be repeated and would not take away from her time. I had someone on the phone who heard that and they said that was an extremely rude person who spoke to you rudely.
I then mentioned this to the person at the window and they did not acknowledge this at all and said okay bye…I’m quite unimpressed -

One of the worst pathetic tim hortons. The employees do not know the meaning of respect of customers as they are very rude and disrespectful. On Friday (08 April) we tried to order through the drive through around 1130 at night and the lady taking tje order said to hurry up as she had to leave there is a lot of rush. I decided not to purchase my coffee from there and went to another tim hortons. I guess these employees ar this location are not trainned by the management basic etiquettes of how to deal with customer and to be respectful as they have forgotten that it is the customer who pays their salaries. I guess this should be brought to the attention of the tim hortons head office

This place used to be convenient but they are extremely slow and the line up inside is usually slower then drive thru. They have 2 lanes in drive thur but is very poorly managed, even if you have been waiting for a while sometimes your turn is skipped and they let 3 other cars ahead of you in the other lane. 403 tim hortons is open an faster then this.

Just tried the espresso latte and goes to say it was really good!
Very rich coffee flavour. Would recommend it if you like the intense espresso flavour.
