Keep getting my order wrong? I order online and go in to pick up. I make sure to not add certain sauces because they contain egg.. and I have a pretty bad egg allergy. Last 3 times I bring my sandwich home and they add mayo or ranch just cause they feel like it? It was not on the order.. I'd like to eat my sandwich and stay alive please. And the bread is stale.

Went to get some breakfast, it’s supposed to open at 8:30am, stopped by at 8:45am and was told the bread won’t be ready for another hour. Pretty disappointing when the restaurant doesn’t follow their own hours.

Walked in half hour before closing and when I arrived the girl behind the counter looked up from her phone and told me they were closed. I of course said I knew they weren't and I still had a half an hour and she lied to my face and told me it was their new hours. I guess she didn't realize she was standing next to the "updated hours" sheet and immediately stopped talking to me when I pointed out she was lying and closed early. I was so annoyed that I took the time to complain online and got a copy paste email that showed my complaint wasn't even read. Before this I haven't shopped at subway in over a decade...im happy to wait another two or three if they even survive that long

Pathetic serving! I never thought Subway sandwich can give you bad experience. Please do not go to this place as food is stale because of less footfall. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich (after toasting as well it was frozen cold) all the veggies were old and didn’t taste fresh at all. The only server did not have any interest in attempting to serve. And my veggie Patty costed me more than any meat sandwich from the menu(which was another surprise) very bad experience. I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go as well!

Great place for a forgotten ingredient or if you need some essentials on short notice. The pre-made food is okay and there’s also a subway in here if you’d prefer that. Good one stop shop if you’re in a rush.

I was here on July 27 around 1:30. I never have seen worse worker in Subway then this girl. She should be bended to work with customers! There are 4 tables at this place. All 4 were covered with garbage and she was seething behind and she was playing on the phone! I told her that no soup is in the washroom but she ignored me. I ask if she can clean one of the tables (no other customers were there. Just me. She took few things from one side of the table only!!!!! I couldn’t believe that she left the garbage on the other side!!! Plus the tables were all sticky Dirty and you could see every sauce which Subway provides on them!!! To be honest during the week service at this place is pretty good but this I couldn’t ignore.
