Awesome find. 😔biryani finished 8pm and we got there 930pm. But the qeema naan and chicken kebab were awesome.

Good restaurant close to the airport! Their chicken was nicely spiced but I feel like they could have added another cube of chicken tbh. Most of the tomatoes and onions were packed into a small portion of this image and so I had one big bite of just veggies which was kind of off-putting. They were all so slightly wet which made that small portion of the sandwich slightly soggy but other than that, I guess the portion was okay for good afternoon lunch and I had enough spices and herbs to give you some sort of a taste which was good.

Here are the 3 reasons I won't ever come back here. 1. I ordered ahead for pickup and timed my journey based on what I was advised. When I arrived the restaurant had one group of 12 people and one other customer ahead of me. The waitress ignored me with no greeting or acknowledgement of any kind. After 10 mins she finally came to the register and bypassed me for the next customer who just walked in. 2. My phone ahead order was completely ignored. They started to make my food only when I finally got to order and this delayed me further. 3. The price I was charged and the price on their website did not much. She charged me 30% more than the advertised price. Horrible experience and the food was not as good as the previous reviews i read have stated. Never again for me

Ate there Sun June 26 at 4:30 PM. Unlike other places that you order & they call your number, you actually had a waitress at this place. Very little communication from waitress unless I asked a question. She never came back & asked me how my meal was or if I was need anything else. I had to ask for water. Now this is a waitress that serves you at the table, not go up to the counter & pick up your order. The Chicken Kabob was amazing, the rice was great, but the salad was super fresh, but missing tomatoes. Other places have tomatoes in their salad. Again, the waitress should of said "I am sorry to say we are out of tomatoes". Also you had a choice of 2 items from 3 items to go with your chicken kabob. I chose rice & salad, so nan bread was extra. This frustrated me. I did not pay extra for it, as other places in this part of GTA include it with your meal. I even talked to lady that appeared to be an owner or supervisor & told her other places include it & all she wanted to do was politely debate that I could order it at a charge if I wanted it. Come on, if they want to save money, all they have to do is ask their customers if they want a free slice on nan bread or not, this would eliminate waste & save them money. Although I had a reasonably good meal, unless I get a response explaining why their was no tomatoes in the salad & offering me a free piece of nan bread on my next visit, I won't return. The waitress (not the owner or supervisor I spoke with about the nan bread) needs a lesson in customer service & communicating better with customers. Now in all due respect, she was efficient, but not communicative, thus I did not tip.

food is good. but they need more size options. why would I pay $10.45 for a bowl of daal that can feed 4 people when it's only one person?

The primary reason behind this rating: long wait times (not meeting promised ready-time for takeout) and food quality. While visiting Mississauga with family, we decided to try this place. Ordered 2 full tandoori chicken, a few seekh kebobs and a few other things. We placed the order at around 6 pm. We were told that our order will be ready in 20-30 minutes. We told them that we will pick it up by 7 pm. However, upon arrival, we found that our order was not ready and we were told to wait for 5 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes (as if we have nothing else in the world to do) and upon asking again, we were told that they're packing things up. It took another 10-15 minutes after that for us to get our order. The business needs to understand that if the customers order ahead, they expect food at a certain time that fits their plans for the day/evening. Not getting the food ready in time hurts everyone. The second point regarding the food quality. I won't say that food was bad, it was certainly edible. However, I won't call it Pakistani cuisine because the Tandoori chicken had no flavor (probably prepared in a hurry when we showed up) and was similar to a typical grilled chicken item from a middle-eastern/Mediterranean restaurant. Nothing special, quite bland and lacked taste. Same goes with other items we ordered. Highly disappointed. I'm not sure if we were treated that way because we were not regulars, I'm not really sure. Perhaps one has to ask them to set the spice levels based on preference. We were never given that choice though

Place was not comfortable as AC was not working properly, food wasn't as expected. Too much chillies in Chicke naan, fresh salad wasn't that fresh. Chicken karahi felt as cooked a day before. Kheer was low quality. Price was super high.

I ordered 2 kababs and biryani here. The wait time was 40 minutes and they forget to give my one order of my kebob which was really frustrating. There kebob is decent but for the price of 14.99$ for a kebob I expected much more.
