I always order sushi from Sushi Maki House. Best sushi in town and the nicest staff. Jeff and Mimi always make me feel so welcomed. Their food is delicious and very generous portions. Rolls are mostly meat and veggies, not so much rice which is so good!

We have been to numerous Sushi places in many cities and we are so happy we have one of our favourites right around the corner. We have ordered several meals from SushiMaki House and never been disappointed. Great quality, fair portions and always a friendly smile from the owners ! Highly recommend !! Bo

This is one of my favourite sushi spots. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the sushi is amazing. The spicy salmon roll is my personal favourite. Overall definitely a place to try!

I liked the sushi, well made, good rice to filling ratio. Rice was not stale. A bit on the expensive side (reason for 4 stars), but give the maki rolls a solid 5.

This was a mixed bag for me.
We ordered a small party tray for New Year's Eve.
Sushi, maki and sashimi.
I called the order in much earlier in the day with a time for pick up. It was a bit annoying that when i got there, it was not ready. I waited over 20 minutes for them to get it together. The worst part was that they didn't even offer an apology for this. They just kept telling me "soon it will be ready." Uh ok...
The quality of the sushi we got was very good though, thankfully. It was very fresh, and prepared very well!
Unfortunately the pieces were a bit small, as was the tray in general. It was also fairly expensive for what we got. (~$55/50pcs).
I know that sushi is expensive in general, but I'm having a hard time finding a store that replicates the quality and quantity I was used to at the other stores I used to frequent in my old neighborhood.

First time to try it out, but boy am I glad I did, usually we don't prefer ordering sushi, but with the pandemic its the only way now, so really enjoyed this fresh plate. We ordered the small, and it was more than enough for 3 adults. Will be coming back.

The sushi here was amazing! I had the classic Shrimp Tempura Rolls and the flavour, taste and texture were on-point. Very inexpensive too! I’m excited to try out the different offerings they have!

I’ve always loved this place, but I think this was the best maki party tray. 70 pcs of assorted maki, I requested it to be cooked due to pregnancy and all I’ve been craving is sushi. So I was glad they could accommodate to it. So much variety, enough to feed 2-4 ppl.
Also, I asked to pay over the phone, which not a lot of places do, but Maki House accommodated to this request as well.
