I'm reviewing that new chicken sandwich BK just introduced the Ch'King and wow was I honestly surprised. Crispy, juicy with a nice kick. I got the spicy version and for a fast food joint this sandwich was on point! If your near a BK I definitely recommend trying out their new chicken sandwich

Paid extra to add tomatos for my classic Chicken Sandwich, and I get only a single tomato slice when out of all my years of ordering, they give two since its a long pill shaped sandwich. Also while waiting, a dine-in customer exchanged a turnover pie back to the counter, and the person put it back to be resold. Was going to order it, but when I saw that, I definitely did not add it onto my order. Guess that's the good thing about waiting 5 minutes at the counter before being served. Will be looking for another location to go to from now on.

I made my mobile order pretty late around closing time. I didn’t know and I reached after 11PM when they closed. All the employees at the store didn’t even bother to look at me sitting at the driveway window but the manager came up to me as soon as she saw me. She told me that they had closed and when I said that I was sorry and I had already placed a mobile order, she was like, ok I will get it for you and got me a well made burger and fries. That was good customer service even when I was on the wrong. Appreciate it. Otherwise, the food is always good at this location.

I came here on a Saturday and went through the drive thru because everything else was closed. Clearly, a lot of other people had the same idea because the drive through was like ten cars long ten minutes before they closed. But the woman working the drive thru window was so nice and I could tell she was racing around trying to get everything done before close and she even took the time to make sure the card reader was disinfected between customers and to ask me how my day was. Just so nice!! I wish I'd caught her name!

After having waiting for a long time to try the Impossible Burger, when we heard that these were available decided to pick up a couple of them.
The cashier said that they are cooked on the same grill as the regular burger, however the grill is wiped clean prior to heating the Impossible.
Requested them not to add any mayo to make it vegan. Having tasted the original Whopper I wasn’t sure this would be close and my taste buds would remember since it has been at least 25 years since I have eaten some meat.
The burger did it. The first bite and it the brain and tongue immediately recognized the taste. Pleased. I wish they had some mayo type topping to enhance the taste. The fries were a bit on the cold side even though we ate almost immediately since we bought them.
The price is also a downer. For almost $12 for a burger, fries and a juice, we found it on the higher side, when compared to the Canadian competitor (H) that we love.

ordered through the app. picked up at the drive-thru. everything was correct and well put together. Even got a free up size of my drink. would definitely order from again. The few times an item was missing or incorrect from my order, they were very apologetic and redid my entire order the next day.

Ordered the 2 burger deal and got 2 fish burgers, when eating the fish burgers found 2 fish bones, plus one got stuck in my throats… very disappointed… spoke with the manager to file a complaint…

Even if you buy two meals they'll ask for extra for a ranch dipping. That's the first one in any burger king. The Onion rings were not fresh, they were cold like have been sitting there for few hours. The washroom doesn't have paper towels, the dryer in the washroom doesn't work. There are no paper towels outside for customers. So much carelessness for hygiene.
